The welcoming atmosphere when you first enter.

They charge for breakfast I wasn’t aware. No vending machines in ice areas & the door were hard to open.

Very quite,clean

finding out that on Sunday morning it was buffet style breakfast. I have stayed here a few times and it was breakfast to order. The buffet style was new for me from them hotel. other thanks that everything was exceptional

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Location was easy to access from the interstate. No problems at all.

Sundry items costly

The property was in good condition. Staff was pretty nice and my hallway was very quiet during my stay.. However, things need to be updated on the inside of hotel.

Elevator messed up while I was on it( Thankfully I was able to get off before it got stuck). Lady bugs were in our hotel room.. The bathtub could’ve been cleaner.. Beds and pillows weren’t as comfortable.. Room needs to be repainted in certain areas and bathroom doorknob needs to be fixed.

Very nice hotel

I paid though booking.com but was also charged again by Hilton. So I was charged twice. Talked to Hilton but it has not been credited back to my account yet. Also, requested and was given a handicap. It was on the 4th floor and quite far from the elevator. My husband is not able to get around good and it was too far for him. Handicap rooms should be closer to the elevator.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in I love coming here

We stayed multiple nights and had to request amenities multiple times. Coffee maker did not work. TV had circle lights shining the the screen.
