La chambre était bien plus grande que ce que j'imaginais. La douche était très agréable. La piscine est belle, mais pas très profonde. J'ai pris la navette depuis l'aéroport, c'était très pratique !

Il n'y a rien à faire aux alentours et ce n'est que des grandes routes autour. Cet hôtel est bien seulement pour faire une pause après ou avant un voyage en avion. La piscine n'est pas grande et pas profonde (environs 1m de profondeur max). De plus, il y a vu sur la piscine en hauteur depuis le trottoir devant l'hôtel, c'est donc un peu étrange, car il y a des gens au-dessus de la piscine qui nous regarde lorsque l'on bronze.

Beautiful lobby. Great door staff.

Terrible shower pressure. Felt like there wasn’t enough staff. Took hours to get an extra towel to our room. And they only had one waiter at the restaurant which held things up.

Room is comfortable, hotel is still nice and clean. Location is also near the airport.

Parking is too expensive, and doesn't have restaurant by walking distance.

Wow. We had a rental car mixup, we were sent to the wrong place to pick up our nu car rental car, but it turns out we were so lucky because when we got there the rental car counter was closed and we were in despair however the hotel manager Richard made us an incredible stay by offering us an upgrade and treating us to food and drinks, his hospitality was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We can't stop thinking about it. Richard needs to be majorly acknowledged for creating an incredible experience for someone who wasn't even intending to be a guest but now is looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Richard you are a gem!

This is not about the hotel but about the rental car agency subcontracting out of the hotel. They should make it clear where to find them.

Staff were helpful. Although there was no response to a message I sent before arriving to say it was my wife’s birthday, when I mentioned it at the desk they gave us a room upgrade (same room, higher floor). When I pushed a bit more they also gave us credit at the bar.

Well located for the airport with a regular shuttle service, although it didn’t seem to have a particular timetable.

Very clean .. comfy beds. The waiters were excellent, very attentive.

Being charged $14.95 for a call to room service that was never picked up. Ended up using the app which was fine but because we checked in so late the receptionist told us to call…. Dinner cost was more than the room but it was amazing!

This is exactly what you need for a quick stop. We stayed in LA for 2 nights and booked a day tour that picked us up from the airport. We walked from the airport to the hotel in 20 minutes, and caught the shuttle back.

Couldn't figure out the wifi, but there is free wifi.

We were booked into the hotel by American Airlines (at their cost) after missing our connecting flight to Sydney. Good shuttle service from and back to LAX. The hotel is quite old but well maintained and clean. We paid an additional fee of US$80 to extend the room until 6:00pm as our flight departed in the evening. We opted for a continental breakfast which was adequate.

No complaints. This is a good airport hotel very close to LAX. BTW, I’M FROM AUSTRALIA, NOT HONGKONG.

Was vrij vroeg voor het inchecken, en terwijl er kamers beschikbaar waren kon ik nog niet inchecken. Maar voor 50 USD kon het ineens wel. Diefstal.!!

The shower pressure was very low

It was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the front desk staff were super friendly. The airport shuttle took me back to the airport at 3:45am without a hitch. Good was also excellent at the hotel restaurant.

The Mattress was very comfortable. The hotel shuttle from the airport was very convenient.

Upon arrival at 1AM, desk peson said reservation was with a "virtual credit card" without payment and wanted to charge us full amount again, even though we paid in full 2 months before with PayPal.

Just too expensive charging 19 dollars US for WiFi access is too much nowadays. Meals were also just OK and expensive as well.
