Me gusto mucho la habitación y los servicios con los que la habitación contaba ,tenía mucha iluminación y adicional me gustó mucho los baños la ducha y el espacio de la habitación me pareció grande. El desayuno de lo mejor.

No me gustó la actitud del personal cuando llegue al hotel, decían que no tengo la reserva y casi me dejan sin hospedaje, la señora no nos quería ayudar a pesar de decirle que si tenemos la reserva en el hotel ,adicional nadie ayudo con las maletas como acostumbran en los hoteles de Marriot. No me sentí bien con la actitud tan mala de algunas personas del personal especialmente la recepción.

Dirty, the room’s carpet was all burnt, there was no safe as they say, the people left their bags of trash in the hallways, the lobby people was less interested in helping than in anything else. The location was the worse, you can’t make a walk because you will definitely get robbed.

A very nice size room. Bathroom was good.

Not much food selection in the area in terms of restaurants.

Todo, fue una experiencia excelente en todos los aspectos .

Solo 1 persona que no maneja el idioma ( español ) me hizo sentir incómoda por qué no domino mucho el inglés , Eso no debería pasar en un hotel de cadena y sobre todo en un estado donde hay muchos Latinos.

Property is close to UM Hospital and other health facilities. The reason to stay here is to be close to these facilities, this is not a tourist destination.

The reception desk staff was efficient, they checked you in, they checked you out. They were not, however, friendly or welcoming. No smiles, no pleasant greeting. Given that many guests are staying there because they or a family member are or will be hospitalized, a friendly face would be nice.
