Location was great! Close to downtown where the festivities were.

Cleanliness. The room didn’t have a clean smell. The cot was nasty. It had hair all over it. The first night the staff was great. Upon checking out not so great.

Breakfast was good, staff in the lobby was super nice. Location was convenient for traveling back and forth.

The whole time we were there, no house keeping came AT ALL. We even went to the front desk and asked for them to come, after our 5 day stay, no one ever came to clean or being us clean sheets nor towels, we had to go to the lobby and get clean towels and sheets other wise they wouldn’t have came and they didn’t. So unless your okay with having to ask for clean sheets a dirty room for a week then by all means stay here.

After reading other reviews, I was concerned about what my experience would be like. However, I had a great experience, one very different from what I read. I loved the full kitchens. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Quick and cheap Uber ride to downtown! I felt safe with key access only to the parking area for guests.

There were no linens for the couch bed in the room.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive.

The staff never came to clean my room after I asked for it and then called three times. They brought me towels and never cleaned my room. The reason was because the cleaning staff was too busy.

A room away from street and on the top floor

no power so we could not stay at this location. they said we should get a full refund. we had to find another hotel for the night and most were taken by the time we arrived at 5pm. when we did it was twice the price of this option so we only stayed in Nashville one night.
