It was available. Good room size.

$200 a night to stay in Renton, never thought that would happen. On top of that, had to pay for parking, no breakfast, no hot tub, and a dirty pool.😕

The rooms were well equipped. Staff was awesome!

Advertised free breakfast does not exist. They need to update their website. Dog friendly is great, but they should mention before you get there that they charge an extra $75 for having a dog.

just the beds, they were ultra firm 9000 XL HD etc.

We stay here VERY often. It’s clean, comfortable & in good proximity to family & doctors (often our reason for staying).

The person to check us in was alone & on her phone when we arrived, obviously clearing up a booking problem. A mother/daughter were waiting with their card keys & said they’d been given keys to a room that already had people in it! Then were told we had no reservation, even though I had the confirmation number from booking 5 days prior. She ended up making a new reservation, after she’d asked me to find my name on a guest list. Very poorly trained staff, which we’d never experienced before. The desk area, which has always been neat & clean was messy. I asked if there was new ownership & she said yes. When sharing this on checking out, the desk person said they had bought other properties, not be sold.
