I liked the size of the suite, which is the main reason we chose to stay there with our young children. We chose to stay here because we had a great experience at a Sonesta Suite property in Huntington Beach CA. This one did not measure up.

Rooms weren't cleaned once in a three-day stay. I have stayed at many hotels since the end of covid and at least one day there is a proper cleaning. The pool which was supposed to be open was closed for maintenance. (out of their control I understand) We were allowed to use the indoor pool at their sister hotel but it was barely heated. Our kid's lips were blue after a 25 min swim. The lady who checked us in was polite, but the front office was a mess, there was someone else's sign-in guest sheet with all their personal information just sitting on the counter and wasn't notice until I was given mine to fill out.

Room was good.

Waited 2 hours at the airport for the shuttle. Was provided incorrect phone number through booking.com chat for contacting the hotel which resulted in lot of confusion. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Waited another 15 minutes to get a luggage cart but no one could find it-- staff were VERY unhelpful.

Huge rooms.

The first room was nasty, dirty toilets with leftovers in them. Smelled of smoke in the entire hotel. Changed rooms, that one smelled of smoke as well. And very hard beds.

Location, staff, plenty of parking.

TV did not work, hair in bathroom.

be ready to pay extra “hotel collection fees” and for parking. price went half way up. regret to choose this hotel.

I love that you have a private little kitchen in the room. and everything you need to cook a basic meal. super comfy beds and Netflix on the TV! traveling so much I know how to appreciate the little things. they also have free popcorn available every night!

Room was dirty, trash left from previous lodger, shower/bath tub had soap/shampoo inside and out of tub, black hairs all over the towels- overall cleanliness was poor.

had an issue with my prepay to booking. Sonesta had no ecord at check in. Continued getting daily charges for four out of 7 days. front desk rep was rude. ops mgr very helpful. never had room cleaned during 7 day stay. just frustrating!

The kitchenette is always a plus. The property itself is clean and tucked away from busy traffic. I also like that they offer free washers and dryers.

they stopped providing paper towels and dish soap. They also started charging $10 a day PLUS TAX for parking which I’m NOT a fan of. They never used to do this… This is not an area where parking is at a premium. This expense added almost $100 to my stay which I felt was misleading.

Good location rooms comfortable and functional. Good wifi overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Other guests also friendly. Dogs welcomed,

Rooms a little dated and worn. Oven not fully functional. Dog fee is excessive, considering that nothing is really provided for them.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

First impressions the outside of the building was dirty there was trash near the entrance. Once in our rooms very clean.
