Fabulous time the restaurants museums the weather could not have been any better. The hotel is pretty good to.

Beautiful, Grand Hotel and location is perfect for walking around to discover the uniqueness of downtown St. Petersburg, FL. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very efficient and friendly. They made sure we had all we needed and more. Hotel guest services reached out to me before the trip to give info on the hotel/resort and asked if we were celebrating any special occasion. I returned his email with an affirmation of our special event and we were surprised with a bottle of Prosecco and some macarons when we arrived.

They only issue I found was that although each staff member knew and did their job well, the different areas of the hotel, ie pool staff, house keeping, valets, even the front desk didn’t know details about the other areas. For example, no one could tell me how to reserve chairs at the pool. They could only tell me I’d have to ask the pool staff and how to get to the pool. Also, there was no direct phone line to the pool staff. Every call had to go through the front desk and if the desk was busy they couldn’t answer the phone and I’d have to call back. That was annoying and wasted valuable sunbathing time.

No first class services such as pressing suit after traveling.

The staff are always saying “ we don’t offer that service”. Or we don’t have the meal in the kitchen even when on the menu.

Everything was good the room was so comfortable and nice and I also felt at peace and enjoyed the view I needed to take a time off from everyone and this was what I needed 5/5

I didn't go to the pool because they had a construction I didn't have a chance to enjoy it I really would've liked to go swimming that was my only problem

Under construction...parts of hotel going through construction so getting around it was sometimes confusing and an inconvenience.

elevators were extremely confusing . also we confirmed reservation for bay view, yet we were given a room that faced a construction site and our view was that plus a huge crane right outside our window. please theycharged us $20 a day for self parking in hotel garage!!! valet told us we could avoid charges by self parking. when I explained, they just said they were sorry. very poor excuse

I age hotel is very well located. convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool area.

The construction was a small pity but only because I’d like to see it when it is done.

It’s location and history. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. It was a short stay so we were not able to enjoy all of the amenities, but look forward to returning again.

It will be nice when the remodeling and construction is finished, but we were impressed how it wasn’t too disruptive during out stay.

We thought Booking.com did a horrible job on customer service. Terrible
