we had a nice king room overlooking the pool, and although it was Spring Break party at the pool, we did not hear anything from inside the room. Love the Hollander, we come back every time we are in StPete. Free parking is great, location is perfect. Great restaurant on site! Already booked our next stay ;-)

The A/C is loud, so we only used the fan, but that may be not so nice during the night.

Wish there was a gym

Zeer vriendelijk attent personeel. Gezellige sfeer. Leuke bar, lekker ontbijt. Sfeervolle kamer, dichtbij de pier, restaurants, bars en winkels.

The mattress in our room. It was very uncomfortable making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Close to places of interest . Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool area was nice but definitely more of an adult than family feel. Check-in was easy, facilities were clean and nice. The attached restaurant and coffee shop were very nice additions. Walking distance to some areas of downtown though it seems to be past some sketchy areas. About a 30 minute walk to Tropicana Field, but they do offer a shuttle. The room was comfortable but small.

The room was small but still very nice. Parking was a roll of the dice.

Very cool hotel.

The bed was awful. We also had ants in our room, but that's a Florida thing.
