How the room was labeled within booking.com. I wanted two queen beds which I clicked on and then it was one king… confusing and misleading but the hotel did fix it.

reservation was for king bed .they had us in two queens. unexceptable for my wife. had confirmation #. they did not care .uncomfortable argument at desk.was lied to then after about being sold out then finally gave me a king room .made the whole stay bad

I asked for the empty shower shampoo dispenser to be filled, it never was and there was no evidence the room was ever serviced over the course of four days.

much needed room repair, cleanup of bugs on window screen, repair of torn shear drape, no microwave, extremely bright light right out window—facing the window, all night.…. I probably will not stay there again, unfortunately, as a result… I communicated with the people there and they responded, thankfully, telling. e that they appreciated my input and will address concerns highlighted.

I was overcharged even though I had my booking confirmation No water available to purchase. had to go all the way to the gym to get water.

Friendly staff

You can hear everything happening around you. Footsteps through the ceiling. Breakfast was free but mediocre. Coffee was awful. Overall, not a good value for what you pay.

Karin at the front desk was an absolute delight! She was kind and engaging. Wonderful service.

Staff worked hard to accommodate last minute room change. Very friendly.

it was extremely outdated. the carpets were terrifying. the bathroom was scabbed together and either dirty or moldy-I didn’t bother to investigate. my main floor room had a hallway leading into it as large as the sleeping area. you could see daylight through the door jam and it didn’t appear to latch completely. the neighbors above were a herd of elephants. all around, not a good experience

Was just okay. Excepted more for a Marriott. Not very kept up and the front desk person was never at the front desk.

Had a weird smell and didn't seem super clean but maybe because it's run down
