Location from the highway.
Pool was outdoor and closed for the season which was super sad for my three kids. We didn’t know it was an outdoor pool, but something to check on next time.
They were also clearly in the middle of a renovation as some things were done, like the shower, and other things weren’t like the bathroom flooring.
The whole room was hardwood floor which was not super comfy.
The heat wasn’t on when we checked in and the temp outside was about 32°F (0°C) and the room was freezing. The heat also seemed to stay on constantly despite changing the heater multiple times so then we cooked overnight and that was uncomfortable in itself.

Breakfast was very unimpressive. Room was nice
The drain stopper in the hot tub would not stay up, unless held. The outlets in the bathroom did not work….. tried the reset, still nothing.
Told the front counter person, they didn’t care……. Unhappy customer here. 🤬

Everything is always wonderful at this location. A personal favorite traveling to and from Arizona. An extra bonus is the Mexican cart in the parking lot.

Nothing.
Stains on the couches and curtains. Smelled horrible didnt even stay. Worst place ive ever seen. Had to book a different hotel so paid for two rooms for one night.

Hot tub , large room friendly accomadating staff.free breakfast coffee etc.Microwave and fridge in room.
Could have been cleaner around the hot tub and shower.Couches were dirty.Room was dated could use a update/ refurnished.

location was perfect. Bed was comfortable. Staff was kind.
Refrigerator/freezer was very loud making it hard to get a good nights sleep.

Not much.
The smell was terrible. Carpet in halls were dirty. The floor in the assessable bathroom was uneven and not very clean. The whole place was not very clean. Because of this I avoided eating the complimentary breakfast. The pillows were very large and uncomfortable.

Loved our suite king bed with the jacuzzi tub in our room. We liked the breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly and kind. We would stay again aslong the toilet can be higher.
The toilet hieght was like for a toddler extremely low. I have a bad knee and back and it was so hard to get on and off the toilet. And you have to reach all the way across the wall to get the toilet paper. Plus when we took a shower it sounded like we were gonna break through the floor. And the drain in the jacuzzi was right in the middle and it's a stand up one so we kept hitting it with our bodies or feet and it would hurt pretty bad.
