The jacuzzi needs to be fixed. My only problem and no complimentary water

The staff was nice and maintenance was quick to fix and issue with the a/c. Towels were promptly delivered.
The hottub jets did not work. No complimentary breakfast.

the employee working the front desk in the morning was friendly and helpful with an unnecessary double charge that occurred upon check in the night before
filthy property. showers were rusted. hair in shower. pieces of carpet missing. room smelled like marijuana.

Mildew odor in the room. I had to by an air freshener to subdue the smell. Also the sink was slow to drain but wasn’t a big issue.

I was told twice in 24 hours that the pool and spa is open and up and running, at check in they said, yes and it is open til 10 pm. We went down to the pool, and yeah...closed, empty, and no spa.

The bed was extremely comfortable.
Although it was a handicapped room, there was not another chair to use for someone who wasn't handicapped. So we had to request a chair, which ended up being a chair from the dining room...not too comfortable.

Location was good for purpose of visit. It was a Courtyard by Marriott and I have higher expectations of this property than observed on this visit.
Starbucks in the lobby. Don't enjoy their strong coffees. No other coffee in the lobby for guests. Breakfast not included in stay. Starbucks will prepare for $$.
Sheers in Room sun rotted and torn. Light fixture and receptacle on wall side not functioning. Toilet paper was one ply and not perforated well. Two tiny soap bars, neither sufficient for two people nor baths for two days.

I paid for a suite but it was nothing like in the pictures couch was small and nasty

it’s location. convenient to all we needed. Bed and
pillows were comfortable.
Room was outdated. Had big stain on floor which might
have been reason carpet looked old and dirty. Toilet
paper was cheapest 1-ply on market. No free breakfast.
And for price of the room, no excuse for cheap TP or
no free breakfast. We have stayed at several Marriotts
around the country the last year and a half and this one
by far was the worst.

the carpet was awful, stained is one thing but the smell was horrible. I’ve had a migraine since I left.

I had to where my flip flop in the shower i was afraid of my feet touching the tubThe room was dirty the tub was nasty

The woman at check-in was wonderful and had a lively attitude even though it was 100+° outside and she had no a/c
My room had not been thoroughly cleaned:
Public hair on bathroom floor, peepee on toilet rim and around seat bolts, dirty carpet, dusty surfaces, wiskers around sink, sticky substance on bedside table - and headboard (eeywww barf!) Overall run down and not well maintained, especially for the price.
The bed was comfy and seemingly clean. The front desk and kitchen staff were great and deserve a better place to work.
Shame on you, Marriott. I've had several less then acceptable experiences lately and am leaning toward Hilton due to more acceptable consistency.
