The room its self was decent and clean and well kept . Very affordable and convenient for a night stay if passing through . In safe area near shopping centers They seem to be remodeling
This miscommunication with staff. . I requested a late checkout which the front desk told me it was ok and I had until 12. There was a do not disturb sign in the door house keeping walks in at 11:20 while me and my partner are engaging in “activity”didn’t even close the door when she hurried away so the whole world saw our business. and then she got a manager I guess and she comes and bangs on the window and door like the police telling me “it’s past 11 it’s past 11 time to go . After I explained to her while standing at the window in the nude I called 2 hours prior for late check out apologized and walked away.

La comodidad la atención al llegar y salir del hotel
Que decía limpieza diaria pero en realidad sólo llegaban a sacar la basura cambiar toallas y poner papel higiénico y dar una media limpieza al piso también no había una carpeta al salir de la bañera y podía resbalar y caerse uno fácilmente

The room was looked recently updated. Everything in bathroom were new and clean. The price for stay compensated absence of some things as a lot of toiletries, boxes of tissue. I don't care. This minimalism is much harmless for mother-nature.

Place is newly renovated.......very spacious and clean. About a mile from the beach. Couldnt ask for a better location. Staff were friendly and helpful.........will stay there again.
The tower wasnt renovated yet only the street level units in the back were renovated. It wouldve been nice to have breakfast available.

My room was nice and comfortable
I didn’t like that the elevator was not working and I didn’t get any kind of discount just because I had to use the stairway to get to the fifth floor.

The bed was super soft and clean.
It was really dirty on the floors and the tub floor was peeling, the tub was pretty dirty.

The downstair rooms are newly renovated.
However, The rooms with the balcony are not, and are not properly cleaned.
The Manager Pinal Patel was very rude. The customer service was terrible. He ruined my stay. He was this way with several of the guest.

Private, my entire roo. Was just a vibe. I NEEDED a small get away and I couldn't ask for anything better. I'm completely relaxed. The front desk lady was the sweetest ever. Very friendly and GREAT at her job!
The TV had some green lines on the bottom of the screen. Wasn't really an issue, but a Karen might give reason

Staff was nice and professional.
Bathroom nasty, hair all on shower walls and nasty dirt ring all around tub. Do not have proper supplies to clean. Was on the 5th floor with elevator out of service had to go up and down stairwells with luggage. Asked about atleast a discount. Was not offered anything for the inconvenience.

The only thing I liked was it was a smoking room
The floors were dirty. The sheets had burn holes in them. The sheets also had stains on them. The door was broken and would not close had to slam it all night long. There was also a dog barking the whole entire time I was there, all day and night
