Amazing staff !!!! We're very friendly and very helpful❤️ Staff recommended some places to tourist while I was there and restaurants. Let me stay in the lobby even though my room wasn't ready which was great ❤️ Room was amazing and the location was great tourist attractions. Had a great time in the hotel If you're going for a kpop concert it's an amazing hotel to stay at since the venue is very close by.

The service

Loved the location. it was around many convenient places to eat and right near the airport. The staff was friendly and the cleanliness was above average.

The inconsistencies of the Wi-Fi and cable. We stayed for 2 nights and for both nights our cable and internet was unavailable to us at certain times for hours. I know this issue is not through the hotel itself… What I was told but their contractors working on the hotel but when I pay for a hotel I expect to be able to have cable and internet through out anytime of the day. “They didn’t expect people to be using the cable at those times.” is not a valid excuse and if this was an issue she had knowledge of we should have been properly accommodated and aware of this knowledge when checking in. We were offered a $25 return through booking.com for the inconvenience not the company itself. I felt the manager could have handle this better but it just seem she gave me a run of the mil practice speech for inconveniences. Her attitude when offering didn’t feel friendly at all and more like she was giving me an ultimatum for the inconvenience. I’m just a little disappointed with management and how she handle the issue. Felt like it could have been handle a little more better. Such a shame too.

The room was fantastic - really large, very comfortable, and with all the facilities I would have wished for. Hotel staff friendly and welcoming, and good facilities throughout.

The location is less ideal for getting into Pasco, but fine for a stay just off the interstate (and great for Gesa Stadium)

everything was clean, and in perfect working condition. All the staff was very friendly, and always smiling. my son and I enjoyed ourselves very much! this was 3rd hotel on this trip, and it is by far the best. breakfast was perfect. housekeeping used my sons blanket and stuffed toy while making the bed, and that absolutely made his day. there isn’t enough good things to say about this location and staff. I can’t wait to come back next year. we absolutely loved the pool

I didn’t want to leave

We are spoiled and we have the perfect bed at home the beds there were very hard and kinda uncomfortable on top of that the comforter wasn't put in the cover thing you were well so we didn't wind up using it we tossed it on the floor ith a pain in the butt

It was extremely nice going to a hotel and having that full continental breakfast very nice really like to that part that the breakfast was open the pool was open it was just a nice hotel to stay at other than the hard beds
