Welp it’s complicated

The front desk people were super friendly and so I where house keeping and that is where this story ends

First of all, how do you charge 116 a night knowing very well that the plumbing system wasn’t working. I worked 630 to 730, I get back to hotel around 9-930pm only to shower in a tub that backs water….. 🤢 This was not pleasant for me. The reason I get hotels is so I can take nice showers, not to be another smiling Betty, to another ungrateful Daniel. To me this felt like a motel 6 feel.

It was a good vacation over all.

I liked that it was nice and quiet at night.

During the day there was something that sounded like a lawnmower that started up around 730. I was hoping to sleep in.

Never stay here never again

There really wasn't anything I liked to be honest.

The constant thumping and clicking sound from upstairs. I didn't like that when I tried to cancel my room because of its conditions that they wouldn't refund my money. And for that I will never return nor recommend your place to anyone

The pool was fantastic and very clean. The gym was also clean, spacious and had a nice variety of equipment

The rooms could use TLC- we did find a couple small critters in our bed and asked to move rooms.

Its a bed.

Price was good and the room was good size.

The breakfast was a joke. The TV in the room was incredible small. The building was seriously needing maintenance.

It was a nice little getaway.

I liked the pool and the river front access. I especially loved free access to the bikes to go and ride down to the river front.

I didn’t like that the pools didn’t open until 10am, I wish they would open up earlier.

Wound not go back. Kinda tarnished your brand

Im a Choice member. I saw the price on the room and jumped on it. I was disappointed. The pool area is the only saving grace. Our toilet clogged twice. Breakfast was bad. Didnt get points. No locked gates. Lobby funiture was flimsey.

A brand inspector can explain.

This was an exceptional property with great staff, excellent food, clean, great value and well worth coming back to!

The property was excellent!! Easy access to the room and the facilities (restaurant and bar, market, pool, et.al)!! The staff members were excellent as well! They called me by my first name, were friendly and made sure whatever I needed I received!

Superb

I have stayed at this motel for years when it was a Shiloh Inn, and watched it decline with lack of maintenence. The new owners have vastly improved this property, all room furnishings are new, and the riverfront location is premium. The restaurant has even reopened. The pool and hottub now are also operating and clean.

We just needed a place to lay our heads down for the night.

The location of hotel was good

My room smelled like dog or cat urine probably from the carpet in the center of the room. I felt embarrassed that as a dad of 2 daughters dad got a room that smelled like animal or human urine.

Breakfast was fine.

Door was hard to shut. You had to slam it shut. The room was small. TV didn't work.

I like the location, close to the softball fields and also the river.

Great people great hotel needs a little TLC

The staff location and scenery was amazing.

The rock Hard Bed. Was hard to sleep on. Wouldve prefered to sleep on the ground. The hot tub or what we thought couldve been a hot tub looked like an actual ses pool.

Won't be staying there again! It was our second time staying there, first time room stunk like paint

The location was great!

The floors in our room were dirty. Couldn't walk around bare foot without dirt/sand whatever it was sticking to our feet. The water in shower was backwards, the a/c unit stunk up the room when it kicked on, we paid way to much for these problems!! VERY DISAPPOINTING ACTUALLY!
