Very Nice people at your front desk. And the little girl that was on second chef did not catch her name but she was very well-mannered and helped me through the week that I stayed there with you. She's sure really knows how to do her job. And I would give her a 10. Over and over and over, I can say she was.the best

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to get around to our destinations Most importantly we like the room layout and configuration which is consistent with another Hyatt we stayed in Minneapolis. Although worth noting the finish is starting to look a little worn but. Nothing serious. Just showing it its age a little. Otherwise great room.

What you couldn’t control. The weather. It rained for two straight days. But having that type of hotel room made it much more comfortable and pleasant having to stay inside more than usual.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle. After waiting and calling the hotel for an hour to be picked up from the airport, they admitted they don't have a shuttle.

We had just come from A cruise and even though we were super early(like 11 am) they got us into our room in no time. It was so clean, the whole place was! I would go again in the future to this place. It’s worth it to treat ourselves once in a while . Price was good

Es gab, anders als erwähnt, keinen Shuttle von und zum Flughafen. Man musste Taxi oder Uber benutzen. Auch kann keine Rede von einem vorhandenenen Restaurant sein. Man kann lediglich in der Lobby was trinken, muss aber, um was vernünftiges zu essen, in der Umgebung ein Restaurant aufsuchen. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Preis-Leistung stimmt in keinem Fall. Das einzige, was stimmt, ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

The room is very big and clean. The actual room appeared more dated than the pictures showed on Booking.com. Despite the breakfast area is small, the food options are nice. The hotel provide free Uber service to Tampa airport. But the link they provide could not work with International phone number.

The location, while near to Tampa airport, have very few restuarants within walking distance. You need to take Uber to the nearby Intenational Plaza for shopping and dining.
