Staff was great. Location was perfect. Property clean. Very quiet.

Bathroom was small, could use some extra detail on cleaning like dusting the back of the doors, and Ice buckets. Ice buckets could use some liner bags as well. Mattress were overly soft.

Check in was smooth, room and bathroom perfectly clean and very comfortable, personnel very nice, caring and helpful. I felt very safe and comfortable. There was every detail you need working and excellent. From plugs, bathroom toiletry, hairdryer, coffee maker, fridge, lights and bed site lamps. The bed was super comfortable and quick internet. I was able to work from there. Air-condition worked well and very silent. There was silence and peace at night. Many other hotels would come here and learn how to run business. I was very satisfied and happy staying here. Thank you very much.

Bed bugs would not provide department of health report regarding if there had ever been a reported incident of bed bugs in the room

Our room was exceptionally clean. When we asked for extra coffee for the following morning, it was delivered within minutes. Staff went out of their way to accomodate us. Room was comfy and warm. Great experience.

Front desk very polite. it use to be horrible. Now, it is very nice smiling and ready to help you with your request. They offer a nice coffee and the facility is nice and clean.
