The Tub did not drain good at all.

We were attending a concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater and the hotel location was perfect -just a little over a mile. Rooms were sparkling clean and front desk staff very courteous and helpful.

Parking lot was a bit tight, but parking is scarce in St Augustine and we were thankful that it was included and in a lot, not on street.

just 10 mins to get to the town center.

The amenities in the room were fantastic, however the room had a strong smell of mildew. I am a Floridian, so very familiar with the odor. I suggest leaving the air on at 79 or 80.

Bathroom smelled like something died in there and the room was very hot.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They functioned more as hosts. We were taken to our room and shown around. Five star service at a two star price. The room was very clean and cozy. It was very nicely decorated.

Place was super clean. Front desk person very friendly. Gave free water bottles and candy. Small touch but appreciated. Room as well decorated, clean, and bright. Smelled really nice. Great Ac. Very comfortable bed.

The room was clean and quiet. The location was excellent. Downtown St. Augustine was just a short walk across the Bridge of Lions, saving the hassle of driving and paying for parking.

The air conditioning unit was very loud.

there’s really nothing to write here everything was pretty great the only thing that wasn’t great was that the mattress aren’t the most comfortable but really not worth mentioning unless you’re one of those people who excepts everything to be perfect

Extremely clean. From the outdoor stairs to every little thing in the room - it was clean. 2 bottles of water were in the room and they were complimentary. Staff could not have been any friendlier. I was escorted to my room and shown how everything worked. Which is great because there's nothing more frustrating than not being able to turn on a TV.

The walls were very thin and I was awoken several times during the night because of noisy neighbors. The inn is on a main road and the noise of the traffic was also bothersome.

Location was PERFECT! The owner was also extreme kind. The room has everything. Very clean. I would definitly will be back over there. It was awesome!

So clean and the owner was wonderful. we liked the protected walkway across the Bridge of Lions and it was a beautiful way to start and end the day.

Noisy for a bit, but the bar band next door shut down at 10p, so no real issue.
