Clean, renovated rooms. Location close to everything. Breakfast was excellent and staff was professional and polite all the time. Truly enjoyed the stay. Parking additional fee of $10 dollars. Location is relatively close but keep in mind that walking distance at a good pace to the Castillo de San Marcos is around 30 min. However, the fountain of youth, the old Jail and other good attractions are 10 to 15 min away.

The room was clean. AC blew really cold. That was awesome.

The park lot was full so parking in the "No Parking" area made me feel a little comfortable but the staff said it was ok. There were these little moths in the bathroom.

THere was a noise coming from the outside, in my bedroom window that did not let us sleep the first night. It was like a loud whistle and also we could hear the people from next room talking. NO sound block at all. We are not going back.

the location was 20min walk to downtown center. breakfast was tasty, I loved the waffles! the room was clean and stuff was helpful

location. much more modern and cleaner than I expected it would be. There were a couple of plumbing issues i. the room that got remedied immediately upon notification. Maintenance came right away to fix the problem. Breakfast exceeded expectation.

Staff were confused on whether the hot tub was working (which it was not) and no one knew if pool was heated.

When We tried to go to bed around 11pm, we can clearly hear people taking in the next door, it seems that we stay in one room, too noisy!! Room sound insulation is terrible！！

The rooms were moldy the bathroom smell disgusting. The floors were dirty. Also, we were woken up at six in the morning by construction workers. We told them to stop and they started saying profanities in Spanish and my husband went outside and was very upset with them. we told the manager and she said she couldn’t do anything and she was not at the hotel when the workers were there. I asked her what workers had been there and she couldn’t tell me. I am a property manager, and I also happen to know who’s working on my buildings and one. The fact that she said corporate was the only one to know tells me how poor they run their facilities and stuff. The manager is an absolute disappointment, and they said they couldn’t do anything for us. They didn’t even give us a discount and try to tell us that they can give us points. We’re not even best western members so I will never go here again. Horrible experience.

The room was set at 68 when we arrived we turned it up to 75 because there was water dripping off the ceiling! On the beds on our luggage everywhere! There was no body in the lobby to tell before we left at 7am!

cleanest hotel room we've been in lately. baseboards could have been cleaner.

Lighting could have been better. Love the lighted bathroom mirror but not good for putting makeup on.
