Rigtig fint værelse og gode muligheder på hotellet for træning og hygge til film aften, hvor man også kunne låne film med op på værelset

De havde ikke redt sovesofaen ud som en seng. Så skulle vi selv til ved ankomst.

Ich kann dieses Apartmenthotel nur empfehlen. Es liegt im Herzen von San Francisco und doch in einer Ruhelage. Die großräumige Wohnung ist großzügig ausgestattet, mit Bad, Küche, Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer und verfügt über sämtliche Facilities, die man sich von einem derartigen Haus erwartet. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ein etwas späterer Checkout war kein Problem.

Die Parkgebühren im nahen Parkhaus sind sehr teuer. Das Hotel empfiehlt ein Parkhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verhandeln sie dort selbst und zeigen sie dort nicht die vom Hotel ausgehändigte Beschreibung.

Très bien situé en plein cœur de SF. Logement très bien équipé, petite cuisine très agréable, literie parfaite, salle de sport bien et personnel très agréable !

Great location - 7 min to Union square , nice , spacy room with seperated bedroom , well equiped kitchen corner , the staff was really helpful -if you have a car , they will recommend you parking for 40 dollars/ day ( with in/out option ) , resonable ratio price vs quality - definitely we can recommend to stay in this hotel

The sofa was not prepared and we had to do the bed sheets ourselves , also the sofa mechanism was quite outdated incl . the mattress ( would be worth to exchange it )

I loved the location walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Toiletries were not full. More charging stations would be nice.

Deposit is not released on time and they took more deposit than mentioned in the Booking.com description, might be some fraud. Important for European travellers without credit card

Interesting that you book for a family of 4 with 2 beds and only 1 bed is done... and you have to do it yourself because they are not willing to do it :(

We stayed here for 4 nights, loved the room size and cleanliness. It's convenient to have the kitchenette and their coffee is great. The location is good to walk to everywhere, especially the northeast parts of tourist areas. To reach west-ends of parks, we just used uber, which was very reliable.

It's in an area that one street north or south could make a visible difference, as long as you know where to go and be mindful, it's ok.

Coffee was provided and toiletries.

They called the room twice very early in the morning.

property was clean and bright,staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. we had a one bedroom suite. very comfortable bed and nice comfortable layout. big bonus having a kitchen( no oven… just a microwave). also has a free laundry area which was a big bonus because we stayed a whole week.

parking was expensive… ( off site about a block away.. $50 day).. valet only) but seems the going rate in SF. no ATM on-site, therefore be prepared to have cash on hand. closest ATM is about 10-15 walk down and uphill.closest cafe shop was a few blocks away. they do have a coffee brewer in room. Area coming in looked sketchy, however the hotel at itself was ok. area seemed safe as long as you avoided the “tenderloin” area.

great location friendly staff. my room was spacious and super comfortable. Lobby was bright and elegant with lots of sitting areas. I felt very secure with staff keeping close eye on the front door it’s a time share so there’s a bit of encouragement to attend the presentation in exchange for a gift but they politely except your refusal. I would stay here again

no nespresso or kettle. remember it’s a vacation club not a hotel and be prepared for a sales pitch to sign up other than that all good.
