Nice location friendly

Rooms were behind on up keep . Housekeeping need better focus On cleaning. Mirror was dirty when checked in . Bathroom clean and towels good clean. Need plastic shower curtain linner,, was missing Water gets on floor because of it.

Good location, great parking after check out. Beds comfortable.

The complimentary shampoo bottled seemed to be either refilled or used and not switched out. both were open, one was used already.

Good clean place to stay. Close to the beach at a good price. A bit dated but the staff was wonderful and easy to talk to. Will stay again when at Va Beach. Really enjoyed the room balcony and could see everything.

The staff was nice and the location was close to the beach and boardwalk.

Our room was extremely dirty when we arrived. There were dirty different colored gloves in our kitchen cabinets along with foil and food crumbs. The oven had foil and food crumbs also inside it. The sink in the kitchen leaked on the counter top the whole time we were there. The bathroom floor and bathroom sink had hair everywhere and the carpet had food crumbs everywhere. On top of all this our room wasnt level. The dresser kept opening we have to put something under it to keep it shut. It felt like you were walking up hill or walking side ways depending on the way you were walking in the room and you felt like you were going to fall in the bath room almost everytime you went in there. The floor itself wasnt level. Our room 113 was bowing..we went outside to walk to the beach and couldn't believe our eyes the structure of the building was horribly bowed. We almost moved hotels because we didnt feel safe having our 2 young girls in the room. Also, the staircases were rusted to the point where it wasnt safe looking either. We are shocked this building even passes inspection. I felt very unsafe being there. Another thing is the trash that was around this building was disgusting especially on our side of the building which was by an abandoned car lot. Trash was everywhere in the bushes , on the ground, glass was everywhere and a bike that looked to be locked up had parts stolen from it. The pictures on the website isnt what it looks like. All I can say is thank goodness we brought our own cleaning supplies and the staff there was very nice and our beds and sheets were cleaned. We also had our do not disturb sign on the door because we didnt want anyone in the room when we werent there but because of that people thought it was funny to keep knocking on our door and run off so that got annoying and scared our kids and myself. You get what you pay for!

The bed was comfortable.

Room was outdated, dirty, and broken.

Loved the location - so near to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, historical attractions, etc. Also loved the elevator service because we were on the second floor. Reasonably priced and very walkable to most attractions.

The air conditioner was loud and the bathroom was pretty small.

I had My do not disturb sign up and your staff knocked several times or different occasions. Maybe they should be informed that signed means service is not needed or wanted at the time. It was a inconvenience.
