There was a pubic hair on the toilet seat. No one at reception when I arrived; there was a sign that was helping a guest. Once returned, there 4 other guests. Inadequate number of staff. No convenience stores or eateries nearby. No vendimg machines for water at minimum

Nothing. Everything was in bad conditions, dirty at every place and poor sanity.

The rooms smell really bad, the beds were dirty, the bathroom with very nasty conditions. In the floor we found an alive cockroach in the floor.

It is not a safe place to stay, especially for kids. When we were there , there were drunk people yelling outside, other people yelling at 6am. Not safe for kids. I don’t recommend it. Always the police were there. Somebody tried to open somebody’s car.

good neighborhood except the plane landing on your roof. I forgot the airport is just across the street. Deadbolt lock with double lock inside, privacy window. roomy for what it is.

the non-smoking room just smells like ashtray. I can smell the nicotine on the headrest. Breakfast - urggh people, this is America, nothing is free. I missed free breakfast from Asian country I've travelled, a decent so called breakfast... from a second or third world country.

Men staying there outside are room being loud half the night. Drinking, smoking, breaking beer bottles, cussing, etc... Tried calling front desk 5 times. No answer. Didn't feel comfortable walking out. They were on and around the stairs I would have had to use near my room. Called booking. They tried reaching front desk with no luck. It was a terrible experience for my family and I. Got very little sleep. I was thankful we were only there 1 night. Never again would I stay there. The so called breakfast was packaged muffins and coffee... that was all. Tried using vending machine and it didn't work.

very dirty. paper and trash on the grounds everywhere (in bushes). Breakfast area not what I excepted. When asked for spoons,they said don’t have any out of stock. Had to give me plastic fork. Went to front desk to ask for change for vending machine and don’t have money change. In the vending machine had no change in the change machine. Room smelled of smoke and floor dirty. A woman threw a pan of water on the walkway while I was walking and appeared to be insulted when I asked if I can walk(didn’t want to fall). I work in grounds maintenance and hotel management.

The location was okay and the staff was friendly.

It was not clean, there were bugs in the bathroom, the remote was not working, the room had a weird smell. There is no breakfast, they only had coffee and muffins, they lie when they say that breakfast is included.

The personnel were friendly and attentive.

The hotel is far from main attractions and the facilities need refurbishment.
