I like it was quite and fast check in
They try to scam me on extra money and I called them out and they didn’t say anything and gave me the money I want a refund

It was just the typical hotel stay. Nothing really special about it. It was okay maintained but again not well maintained. Average at best. Staff was friendly but clearly unstaffed
The bed wasn’t comfortable and the sheets were not ironed. It looked like they had rushed to make it ready just before we had arrived.

The location was great.
The contential breakfast....the only put a little bit of eggs that ran out.. no jelly or other spreads to put on bread or bagels. How they run out of breakfast at 730 am on a Saturday with hardly any guests.

Lobby looked clean, continental breakfast was great, staff was helpful.
Room was not clean. Wiped everything down with sani wipes. Toilet unclean. only a chair at the desk. would have been nice to have a table with a couple chairs.

Location was ok I guess.
Room smelt like straight piss. Like a cat was wiggling his ssa in there before we came or something. Comforter was dirty and sheet had holes. We didn’t even wanna wash in the shower. It was giving filth.

I had asked for a later check out time at 12:30 when I checked in. They said to let the front know in the morning which I did. Housekeeping came at 11:00 and told us that we had to leave

staff was very friendly and professional. no issues with anything. close to many restaurants and things in walking distance. very clean for an older hotel.

this property is horrible they have bed bugs. and refused to give me any type of refund. they wouldn’t give me corporates number, wouldn’t let me speak to a manger. horrible horrible horrible place.

There was a Tesla charger is why we came here
There were cockroaches in the bathroom and burn marks in the sheets and blankets and it smelled horrible like a wet retriever. We had to open window just to sleep it was so bad.
