It was dirty, smelled like smoke, had dirty towels in the room, ac didn't work, and the toilet would not flush.

Location

Had to change rooms 3 times . Last room the a/c did not cool off room leaked all over. Had to buy a fan . The room was filthy etc. No other rooms available. Had to sleep in a hot box. This is the worst experience and they should be shut down . The room we had was not suppose to be occupied per manager due to the a/c not working. The owner said he would comp our first night due to having to move 3x. Waiting to see the final bill. The 2nd room was a fire hazard , refrigerator and microwave did not work and was plugged into extension that came out of the wall. The floor was filthy, due to the local army base having graduation all the other hotels were booked so we were stuck in a room that was hotter than outside 😳. This was not enjoyable by no means. I will contact whoever I need to to get some compensation for the 3 days of hell.

location is right off Jackson base . very convenient to store , restaurants . easy to commute to freeway. room is nice decoration , comfy bed. good value for what you pay for.

Room smelled like drugs

Drawer was totally missing. Paint on bathroom door jam gone.. linen had stain. Could see light from under door. The cold faucet leaked .The tub filled up while i took a quick shower. Toilet was loose. Missing screw on light swith cover in the bathroom. Missing light cover on exhaust fan. Night stand looked 50 years old. Finish was worn off. I can go on and on

The price. Picture on web site not at all like the room

noisy tenant upstairs. Carpets on the floor felt sticky to the touch.
