it was really bad property

the bad is terrible, breakfast just coffee and milk, the windows of the bedroom were broken. It’s written on the description laundry, but don’t have, don’t have hair dryer. Everything terrible

Everything is perfect! Very cozy place, everything you need is there for you. Definately will recommend this place for leisure.

The room was just as we were expecting for the very affordable price we were paying! We were a group of 8 and booked an entire unit (with 2 Queen beds and 6 bunk beds). The unit was spacious and clean. and a 20 min walk from the South beach!

We just wished there was a no smoking policy on the public places of the hostel too and also more parking spots were available (but there were few private parking places, walking distance from the hostel. we ended up parking in one of those). And the beds would have been more comfortable if there were only 2 levels of beds (rather than 3) in each bunk bed unit. But other than these, no complains!

People are good at front but the management is not good , thre is a nearby Whole foods and a riverfront to explore . Enough stuff in breakfast

They have used all the property for sale , no common area for guests, should be governed by law. They provide Pasta everyday in Dinner.

We were supposed to come there for 3 nights but because of the hurricane Ian we didn't want to risk our life's and coming. Millions of people were avacuated from Florida and the prognosis was really bad for this region. We tried to contact the hotel for a refund (at least partial) but no response on their part for weeks. They do not answer messages and the electronic answering machine is useless because all it says is to check it on the website ..

The staff were nice in a disorganised sort of way, which would have been charming if the place hadn't been so awful. My room was also very big - unnecessarily big to be quite honest.

I am motivated to write this review because, frankly, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Certainly, I have never stayed anywhere this bad at these prices. I was not expecting the Ritz but, given that I was spending almost $200 a night and it was advertised as 'three-star', I was expecting at the very least a level of service equivalent to a cheap motel chain. But it was far worse than that. The place was a complete dump - it looked like a building site. The staff were pleasant but extremely anarchic, which I wouldn't have minded if everything else had been fine. The receptionist could barely speak English. The bath in my room had no plug, so I couldn't have a bath. When I went downstairs to ask for a bath plug - not an unreasonable demand - the staff were shocked and informed me, after some discussion, that nobody had ever requested such a thing. The blinds on the windows also didn't work, and my room was extremely exposed to passers-by. Given my experiences with the staff I didn't even think it was worth telling them to fix it, but I mentioned it as I left, and they didn't seem to care. The promised 'breakfast' was truly dire - just a box of cereal and a plastic bowl. I didn't bother to go after the first day. There was also no sign of the promised 'airport shuttle', unless they were referring to the public bus run by the city of Miami! To cap it all, they have stolen the $20 deposit which they took when I arrived and assured me they would return. To be honest, I expected them to do no less. DO NOT STAY HERE (unless it is dirt-cheap and/or you can find nowhere else).

I loved the room space, it was clean and roomy! The staff was excellent and very attentive to me and my family. The location is exceptional as well. Thank you to Maria and Celeste.

That there isn’t parking at the hotel or at least somewhere near it that the hotel can vouch for its clients.

I didn’t like drug use in front of hotel, the two drunk girls standing by my window all night called security and front desk they didn’t even pick up the phone, the fact that the room looks nothing like the pictures posted. broken tv broken closet door, it was dirty.

The location of the hotel was awesome. It was in walking distance to many stores / restaurants.

No plunger in the room. My 5 friends and I were limited on the towels. The picnic area was dirty and disgusting. Customer service wasn’t up to par. Random people roaming all throughout the vicinity which made me feel very unsafe.

They never cleaned the department , they don’t even leave a broom the clean up. There were no pans, only like 2 spoon and 1 knife. the people at the reception were extremely rude all the time. The tv they say it was in the room, never worked out, I went 3 times to ask for help but I never got a solution. People working there were very very rude. The breakfast was awful, some cheap cereal and milk on a plastic plate (we even had a carton plate once, like the one to get nachos). Batch towels are the cheapest you can get anywhere, just disgusting. People smoking marijuana all day long, even some of the workers. Luckily one time we were at the room, because they gave keys to our room to other tourists. We didn’t feel secure after that. One of the times I went to the reception I heard this kid complaining because his stuffs were stolen from the lookers, they didn’t offer him a solution. To add more, I ordered something online and it arrived the day I left (problems with DHL), I send them an email to ask if they could have someone to pick it up, they never replied to my emails. Most likely I “lost” the package. Worst service ever!!! expensive and a bad quality place !!! By the way, the reception smells awful, and the photos they have online are nothing close to what the real place is.
