Cercanía al aeropuerto

Nos dijeron que podían darnos check in antes de las 15 hs SI TENÍAN DISPONIBILIDAD. Lo que nunca dijeron era que te cobraban 50 dólares . Te ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Nos dijeron que el día del viaje solo fuéramos 10 minutos antes del horario de salida, a tomarlos en la recepción . Llegamos 30 minutos antes y no había más lugar. No organizan el servicio y no se hacen responsables. He ido a otros Quinta Inn, y este ha sido el más abandonado y sucio en sus alrededores.

Comodidad y Ubicación.

Muy demorado para que te recojan a la llegad en el aeropuerto. Nunca llegó el transporte.

I like the convenience of being near the airport, the room was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

I didn’t like there was an additional fee charge to check in prior to 3:00.

Cleanliness

The breakfast was not what i expected. They really need to work on that. Also, the pool wasn't available at the time of my arrival and during my whole stay, so that was really bad for us. Everything else was ok.

Firstly, I missed my flight at MIA International Airport so I had to find accommodations for one night for my family and I. In looking on Booking.com I saw the reasonable rate at La Quinta, a chain that I had stayed at before. I chose the hotel due to the amenities of free shuttle service, proximity to the airport and free wifi. I didn’t expect a microwave to be in my room and there was which was a plus!! I figured I’d use the microwave in the hotel lobby to warm my baby’s bottles. Breakfast was available in the morning and the coffee was hot, my kids had a nice variety to choose from and the shuttle was ready to drop us to the airport on time. The staff were pleasant and the room was clean and filled with essentials for our one night stay.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t very familiar with MIA International Airport so I was advised that I should wait at a particular zone (7) for the shuttle which would arrive on the hour. I waited and saw several other hotel buses arriving, some even twice but no La Quinta. I didn’t think much of it as the hour hadn’t arrived as yet. I didn’t have service to call the hotel due to having an international phone service but I had someone call the hotel to inquire whether the shuttle was coming once I saw the hour had passed by about 5 minutes. The concierge asked which zone I was at and that the driver would arrive shortly. So I think it would be vital to advise where the correct zone is to wait for the La Quinta shuttle when booking for guests to be aware.

Room Size, But they can very much upgrade beds to bigger size, there is plenty of room to do so

Shuttle service is BAD, Check in is Horrible service, No organization, rushed room cleaning, only One luggage rack, Room Cost had said it was Breakfast Included, and it was NOT at all, they didn't even any want to give a cup of water, said had to purchase it, Pool was closed, no particular reason given besides the employees not wanting to deal with the cleaning or something.. Room Not Cleaned to best, did not sweep and mop, floors were filthy, used razor was left in shower with hairs, meaning they didn't clean shower either

Breakfast was good, the rooms are spacious and staff were very nice.

There was a mess everywhere. Also the pool area was very dirty I even picked up a lot of garbage because I couldn't take a decent picture of me without seeing garbage in the background. And there were to many children unattented without their parents and they were very young and i couldn't lay comfortable because I ended up watching them. I was scared they would get hurt or drown.

Could have better breakfast

No elevators. The A/C unit was only slightly letter than the passenger jet I traveled on, so there's that. Broken USB charger. No bar soap. Broken USB charger. The room was clean, so credit for that, but overall, the value did not come close to matching the price.

All rooms are small .. I paid for king deluxe and all of their rooms are small...so they can not offer king deluxe because they're rooms are too small don't get the king deluxe their your wasting your money

Location was great. The room size was good and very clean. Great value for money.

That I could sleep and that it was quiet. Breakfast was mediocre, for being cold the hardboiled eggs were good.

There was hair in and all over both beds (stuck into the sheets). Stains in the bathroom. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Had to wait over an hour for the shuttle transportation to the hotel, not just because traffic was busy but because they only send someone out once an hour, wasn't too pleaseed.
