Chgd room cause of odor coming from bathroom, smelling up thr room. Somethi g black on wall. Toilets itself not cleaned/serviced. Chgd room....still s.elled with feces in toilet. I reported the condition of rooms. Chgd hotels the next day. Btw booking.com dropped the ball on that. Got to next hotel...reservation not made although They charged me.

Parking lot is fenced and they have security cameras.

Manager was rude to me. I asked for an early check out because the I didn’t like the hotel location and train was by my window so I couldn’t sleep at all the first night!!! She denied my request, she said that I could check out whenever I wanted but that they will charge all 5 nights!! One person at the front desk told me to call booking to request the early check out and so I did and they approved it but again the manager said NO and on a very rude way. there are nice ways to talk to people but she obviously doesn’t know how to.

The ambience of the room.

The breakfast was limited. Could use a little more updating. We heard water running down the walls.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was roomy.

We had to call the front desk twice to get towels they didn't bring them the first time. The breakfast was barely anything, just waffles and cereal.

Location is great for visiting the local breweries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Facility is a little bit older and could use some touch-ups

Clean, neat and smelled great. They recently remodeled and it’s looks great. This is my second time staying here. It also was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and nice. Parking was decent as well. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. It’s actually ducked off, but close by a lot of things.

The location was convenient, the breakfast was delicious, the price was reasonable for a last minute booking.

The room could have been cleaned better. The room smelled moldy and had a wet, humid feel to it as if it had just rained inside the room. Apparently the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, because the chair we had in the room at the desk in front of the TV was molded and mildewed, looked as if someone left it outside in the rain and brought it back into the room to dry and it got molded in the process. The TV remote was dirty, dirty. We normally stay here on all of our visits to Shreveport, but now we are considering staying elsewhere in the near future.

There were no major issues with our stay at all, we always have a pleasant stay as well as a good nights sleep when we book here. The breakfast is always good and the staff is also friendly.

I just don't like that you have an elevator that have a lot of traffic and it's always filthy in the elevator. Fingerprints all over the stainless part of the elevator, food particles on the floor of the elevator. That part of the facility is getting little to NOOOOOO!!!! ATTENTION AT ALL.
