There was no breakfast

tiny piece of soap, no kleenex, no extra toilet paper. hand towels were wet, possibly used before? Towels were white with dingy splashes of yellow, big turn off. , place was clean enough or I would have left .,

It was a Very Clean Hotel . Good location close to a few good restaurants.

Cleanlinessness was not informed of any coffee or breakfast being offered

I handed in our keys an hr. Ahead of time & while waiting on my son and his fiancee the older grey haired woman came and yelled at them to get out.

I will never stay there again... Very rude owner and staff. Way overpriced for condition of room...

The office help to both my and my partners drivers license and credit card out of sight, probably to scan them, then came back and ran the card in front of us. Not ethical with the identity theft and fraud that occurs daily. Unethical by all means!

The front order guy was a smart-ass. I called to get my internet password and he kept changing the answer. I wanted a wake up call at time of booking but he didnt write it down. When I called later he had put the wrong time. Then he berated me for changing the time. Finally I was charged $300 in hold fees on an $86 stay using a credit card not debit card. Bad customer service by a likely drunk employee and the only thing going for it was clean and had tv. Otherwise I would rather sleep in my car
