Cheap place to lay your head for one night if you're not looking to spend a lot. Room seemed decently clean. Staff was helpful

Looks a lot nicer online than it actually is in person. Stains on the bathroom walls gave a less than clean vibe. Checked mattress for bedbugs, didn't see any. But it was definitely one of those hotels where you are skeptical about letting the comforter touch you while you sleep.

Good shuttle to airport and reasonable surroundings with little things on offer for sale and a nice pool and knowledgeable check in guy and no charge for parcels. Good breakfast with waffles and good stuff. Clean looking room sheets and pillows and bathroom. Ac worked well.

mop room floors after each visit. nice grey wood tiles but cleaners not cleaning them as you can see the dirt, but my bare feet can. so, i had to wet the bath towel and give the floor a twice over wiping down. Of course, I got a lot of brown off it.

Room and bath area were neat and clean, towels fresh and clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Basic room amenities like soap, shampoo, cups, ice bucket were available. Refrigerator, microwave clean and operational. Ice room and laundry accessible. AC in order. Housekeepers held my left-behind belongings. Property/landscape well-kept and decorated. Staff was courteous, security was onsite and friendly. Adequate parking. Great location near IS 85 and restaurants. Didn't utilize breakfast or business facilities.

Everything went well for a late night arrival. Well staffed. Good lighting for safety.

Bed was comfy and the room was clean for a quick one night stay!

Cracker Barrel was next door. Hotel was clean and quiet. Everyone was nice and helpful.

The bad thing was the lady knocking on the door at nine in the morning to find out if we were in the room, they have to wait because the departure is at 11 in the morning

The room seemed dirty and had a weird smell like an old mop was used to clean the room. The coffee machine was in the bathroom which is odd. The extra lock at the top of the door was already loose from the screws and hinges so it was useless. The drain in the bathroom had a hard time staying open and I needed to fiddle with it a few times to get it to stay open so that I could shower without the bathtub filling up. On top of that, I requested the airport shuttle around 10:05 pm and they said someone would be coming, however, I was still there at 11:00 pm, only by calling again did I get the shuttle around 11:15 pm. The hotel is about a 7 minute drive from the airport….Needless to say, not my favourite stay.

I don't usually bother with reviewing hotels, but I wanted to take the time to respond because I see some quite unfair comments for this hotel. Yes, it is budget and it IS basic. However, my room was scrupulously clean, with working toilet and TV, clean linen, daily refreshed teas and coffees, and a strong working lock on the door. I felt safe and comfortable and would happily come back. The young Indian guy on the door was a bit grumpy, but it was really no biggie. Very close to the airport.

The location and the free airport shuttle are the reasons I chose this hotel

Traveling alone, I was on the first floor. Sketch area, and people walking around. Party going on in rooms above me. Closed curtains so no one would see I was alone, felt a little uneasy

Unfortunately, I didn't have breakfast. I had to catch an early flight. Great stay and would stay again if in town. Loved the flowers on the outside of property. Area seemed quiet and Cracker Barrel was next door in walking distance.

The kiosk check in is new to me, so its kinda took away the personal touch. I get it, technology changes all the time. It was quick and easy. Not a deal breaker.

There was arguing all night. Very loud! if it was more than one night I would have left and stayed somewhere else

The room was just fine, but I had a terrible staff experience.

I asked for a wake-up call for the airport shuttle that they did not make- I missed my flight and the man at the desk yelled at me when I asked if it was possible to get a shuttle any sooner than the next one leaving. I was clearly crying/distressed, and it was a surprising way to treat a customer after they dropped the ball on the wake up call. Will definitely never be booking here again.
