The food was amazing! The 2 complimentary alcoholic beverages and dinner time snacks were delicious. All of the staff was amazing super nice.

There was a family reunion during our stay which was as great, however, the kids that were down at the pool had no parents there supervising despite the pool rules of no one under 16 at the pool without an adult. There was an employee down there and the kids wouldn’t even listen to her. There was no enforcement of the rules. Our first night at the pool was not enjoyable due to this so we decided to skip the pool on Saturday and went and did something else. It was unfortunate because our kids were looking forward to the pool and Hot tub.

Facilities and pool and breakfast ware all nice and as expected.

When I first arrived the front door wouldn’t open for us and no one came for 19 min despite me ringing the bell many times. I wasnt given a Choice about having the room cleaner or not. Two days went by and our trash was full and towels were dirty. The pool area had people in it who were smoking weed and drinking jn the Jaccuzzi. My child went into the jacuzzi after them and later developed a rash on her face and arms and her eyes were itchy and red for days.

The staff was very friendly walked around to make sure we had what we needed.
