Accused of smoking which it was incense for my meditation an the reception was very rude.

I always stay here at least two-three times a month

the woman who checked me in was extremely rude to me and it took thirty minutes even though I paid through the booking site in advance

Good options at breakfast, but items not replenished in a timely manner. Patrons had to continually ask for various things. Trash cans overflowing. Apparently not enough help to efficiently handle.

Had to go to front desk to ask for plunger because commode kept getting clogged.

HVAC unit rattled all night. Didn't sleep well. Bathtub backed up. Had to shower in three inches of water.

Room Maintenance Could have been better.

the man at the front desk management was rude and considering I just had surgery he looked at me crazy when I asked if he could help with my bags out of the car ! gave me look of disgust and ignored me ! I was completely in disbelief and discuss !! the lady ended up helping me she was extremely nice and helpful !! fire that man and the owners son for standing there letting him do it

the cleanliness and the service was awesome ! also breakfast is included

Was pleasantly surprised by this Best Western property-- everything was better than at other Best Westerns where we have stayed. The decor was updated with pleasant art and comfortable furniture in our spacious room, the service was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was better, and good soundproofing and light blocking curtains led to an excellent night's rest-- and all of this at an exceptionally competitive price.

I loved the location of the Best Western Plus facility. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional. They served hot breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.

Room smelled like mildew. Cold air was coming from outside through the ac, causing the room to be extremely cold.
