They never refreshed our room over a 4 night stay. No beds made, garbage removed, let alone fresh towels. Room was never touched by them. This was not some cheap hotel stay. We asked on two different days and they failed. Apparently they don’t care. Will never stay there again. Would rather stay elsewhere and have a refresh service.

Was free breakfast offered? I saw no indication.

The hotel was way too expensive for what was offered.

I was a regular during business trips in the area, however today was treated unprofessional with lack of customer service. I had messaged to change reservation, however upon arrival was notified that reservation was canceled, but I was still charged. I had to book another reservation, and pay again. The manager and front desk employees questioned if I was a regular customer, if I had contacted the property to change reservation, and were not willing to help me labeling me as all the customers say that. Even after printing a verification showing I had reached out to property, they said they weren't obligated to contact me. My coworker and I have spent at least $2,000 in hotel stays in this location since October, however management was not willing to work with me on a receipt for company expenses or refund. I had to reach out to booking.com to get a refund. The booking.com rep even said this was not normal from the brands hotel staff. The staff needs training on customer service and business operations, as I've never been treated this way at the hotel brand. Horrible experience and poor customer service from management and staff. I've never had such a poor experience in all my business travels since 2006, and will never forget this experience with local staff or brand. I'm so embarrassed for the brand.

Great location in the heart of Rowan. Everything is walkable.

You are in the middle of a college town so lots of nightlife all round!

The hotel is modern, updated, very clean when you enter. The staff were very friendly and professional. The area is a college town so there's lots of restaurants and shops. However it's a quite area if your looking for fun. But if you need peace this is it. The room was a king size with sofa bed, the room was a good size big enough for two. If there were 2 kids with us it would of been fine as well. Very comfortable beds. The hotel is well maintained and there is a firepit open until 11pm if you ask for them to turn it on. Otherwise everything was great. I don't use hotel bathroom body washes and soaps but they did have them and a hair dryer. Also many drawer spaces, coffee maker (I wished were kcups) , microwave and mini fridge. Room temperatures was good. Lots of outlets and lights. Windows open for fresh air. Walls are not thin, but can hear guests in hallway. Elevator was kind of slow. Good hotel, if in area I would stay again. I was there for a funeral. Atlantic city says 56 minutes, but once your on the highway it's more like 35. Quick easy ride.

There is free parking right at hotel but it's very limited. Also there wasn't any communication about the garage and that it was free and that you needed the hotel to validate your ticket.

You cannot beat the location. Plenty of restaurants and great location if you are thinking about attending Rowan University.

The staff had originally booked our room facing the courtyard/parking area, but wanted to the view of the Rowan Boulevard. It was a little noisier, but did not mind.
