This hotel was the best. Great location great staff & not to mention the view of downtown Charlotte from my room was excellent. Room lighting was excellent!

The rooftop bar/Cafe was not lively at all for a Friday night. No music at all . Being on a solo birthday trip I really didn't want to leave the hotel at night for a bar type experience. But I ended up going next door to the restaurant.

they took my 190 and would not me to stay when i presented my cashapp card, as well as chime card. could not present a hotel policy stating they do not accept these visa cards. such prejudice

Pillows were to big and hard. One bath towel for two adults. No clear instructions to enter hotel from parking. Extremely confusing. Roof top bar was closed for private event. Check in took 20 minutes. Shampoo and conditioner were torn off the wall and laying in shower floor.

The hotel was easy to get to from the interstate and the bed was comfortable. That is a big plus! The staff was very pleasant and helpful as the place was confusing. Room was cleaned and the house keeping staff was very good. Enjoyed the welcome water that was complimentary!

The signage was lacking on how to get around. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The decor appeared run down. The Roof Top bar was advertised as glamorous, but definitely not. The atmosphere was very average and the wine list as terrible. It is not complicated to Have 3-5 good red and white wines available. Especially with the wine vac systems available these days. Almost a college bar atmosphere.

The property is actually two hotels and getting from parking to front desk to rooms is a little awkward.

I had an amazing experience at this property. The staff, the location, and all the amenities it had to offer were wonderful.

Small room but was nice

Stayed for 3 nights for an event the hotel was hosting. Had to pay $15 for parking for each day even though I was a paying guest for the event and free breakfast bar was VIP only. $20 for breakfast is not ideal on top of all the costs and fees.

The staff was very friendly throughout the weekend and the breakfast had variety and good quality.

Cleanliness in our room was atrocious. We had one room that we found a cockroach running through on Sunday morning so we asked for a change and the helpful staff promptly moved us. The towels in both rooms were slightly tattered. I've stayed in other Le Meredien's before and this was not the same.

The room smelled like body odor, payed extra for a view of the city however it was just a view of the parking lot since the room window faced the side of the building, had the do not disturb sign up while I left for a bit but found the cleaning staff in my room when I returned.

Very clean hotel with nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and it was located close to the Spectrum Center and EpiCenter. Breakfast was very well and had a nice variety of options.

Nothing major but the lobby is a bit confusing because of it being shared with another hotel.

First room ceiling was moldy, second room was “ok” too many engineering issues, toilet LOUD when you flush it, plugs not working, furniture worm. Employees look’s mad or without customer service.

Employees, they wasn’t make you feel confortable, even we saw some (we think are leaders, not wearing uniform) just looking their phone, or just looking to other way to maybe smile and say a simple “hi”
