The apartment was clean and large for 3 people! I loved that it was right on north beach! We got our own umbrella and two chairs when we went to the beach. We also had two pools. One on the 5th floor and one on the ground level.

Our keys to the room wouldn’t work all the time and we had to go down to reset it. The customer service was ok. It could have been better. I felt like all the employees didn’t want to assist anyone. It was almost an inconvenience to have them help us… They didn’t have hospitality skills. They didn’t really smile and say hi or “how May I help you today?” “How has your stay been going?” This trip we stayed at a two other hotels that were cheaper and the hospitality was amazing! Kimpton and Hampton inn were amazing! They were kind personable and hospitable. The valets at Monte Carlo were friendlier. I think being more personable would do this facility some good. This place was awesome though and management should help train people in this field because it would make this place even more enjoyable.

Room was clean. Great view from 15 floor. Valet parking. Nice beach area. Two pools. Washer and dryer with full kitchen.

The bed mattress could have been better. Have to walk through parking garage to get to ground floor pool area and beach.

Very nice appartment ,located at North Beach...we had all the required amenities and big plus is the -free of charge- valet parking...everyone was kind and responsive during our 3 nights stay...across the street there are many options for grocery shopping and brunch

The air-condition was quite noisy but we didn't use it so much

The views were breathtaking. the facility was clean, and the pool was beautiful. the proximity to the beach is great too. the neighborhood felt safe and full of different eating and shopping options close by.

the pool closes at sunset. but I get it, so not a major big deal.
