Room was ok however, lots of noisy loud people outside that you could hear through the window that kept us up very late
Requested an early check in. Understood that it may not be available when I requested it however, the frustration is that when I arrived my daughter was sick she sit in the lobby all day long. If the room wasn’t available it’s no big deal. We’ll wait till 3 PM and they did.. around 12. They asked if they thought the room might be done early. They were told no it would not be done early. It would be 3 o’clock. Then at about a quarter till three they were told that I needed to be present to check them in the room and that it had been ready for hours so I’m not sure what the lack of communication was but literally again my daughter was sick in the lobby the entire day if it wasn’t ready, it wasn’t ready but again we were told two different stories first it was that it wasn’t ready then it was said I have been ready for hours. I was also told that as soon as the room was ready that they were call me, no one ever called.

La pulizia della stanza lascia a desiderare. C'era un cattivo odore entrando in stanza. I mobili erano vecchi. Le finestre non si potevano aprire.

My ceiling started leaking on my cloths and the staff acted like it was my fault for opening a window while I was cooking. No it’s not my fault it should be a Hvac system over the bed. Bad design.

Good comfort, very clean and located in Miami beach secure and very nice place to stay,
The only problem is a parking I had a rental car and I have to drive by 5 minutes from the hotel to go park it also pay $ 20 a day wich is cost me almost $ 100 for 5 nights. Can you fix this?
Except this everything else was more than excellent.
Really want to go back there.

The beach is in a few minutes away. Just walk, not need to use the car.
I did not like that there was no parking at the hotel itself. But there was 24 hours parking at 340 23rd St, Miami Beach, FL 33139- Collins Park (G12). Do not use the Conventional Center parking. It is only unil 1 am. No overnight.

Super close walk to the beach, and restaurants. Where you enter the Beach, there is super convenient place for umbrella/chair rental. We were a large group and had 2 rooms. The suite was large, the kitchenette and table area were super convenient. This is a great option specially for the price.
The hotel is clearly going through renovations/upgrades. One of our rooms had clear signs of recent work being done and not yet complete.

It was a bit away from the noisy part of Miami. The room was very comfortable for 3 of us. The kitchenette was small but efficient
