We booked a 2 queen bedroom through booking.com, when we arrived after our 7 hour drive, there was only one king bed in our room. So not only did I have to share a bed with my coworker, I OVERPAID for a single room. 2 queen bedrooms were extra $. So they kept my money for the double room we never got, and I was never offered any compensation or apology for their mess up.

The entire place was very clean, the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the breakfast far exceeded any expectations we may have had. We hate getting up early and made a point to each day because it was so good.

The only issue we encountered was that the WiFi stopped working, which wasn't a big deal.

The night manager was amazing i don't know her name but she did a really great job on making us happy!

The room was great.

The reason I am disappointed with this stay has nothing to do with the room itself, the hotel is great and would always recommend staying here, but I was charged a massive pet fee for my service dog, which is illegal and I showed proof to the front desk that she was my service dog I had her vest on I had my card and paperwork and was told there is nothing they can do to take the fee off, I was told I would be contacted by a manager and have still yet to receive a call.

Friendly, courteous staff. Very nice breakfast, prepared and supported with customer experience top of mind. Comfortable bed, pillows, temp control. Room designed with unique touches, lighting, bedside tables, chaise, toiletries.

Bathroom fan is loud and must be on if the light is on. Not cool if you accidentally turn it on in the middle of the night. TV station options and guide weren't great. Couldn't read handwritten wifi code- pick something normal and post it in the room.

The facilities were well designed and well maintained.

Everything exceeded are expectations.

Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Hostess was very accommodating. Allowed us to check in early and check out late. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. The breakfast bar was clean, fully stocked , and delicious. Great stay. Well definitely be back.

Wish the pool was open later.

rented a queen suite- and when I arrived- the queen suites were all booked up- even though I had a confirmation code from booking .com for one. so they put me in a double queen room- and said there would be about a $20-$30 refund. which I still haven’t seen be refunded to my card yet???
