I can say that security was present on the property and that was good

I had a room with two queen beds and unfortunately we only used one bed the other bed sheets was not clean. I wish I had taken pictures of this room it was not in the best condition. If it hadn’t been so late when I arrived I would have went to another hotel. We were so uncomfortable we both slept in our clothes afraid to get under the sheets we slept on top of the comforter in our clothes never again will I book a room from Booking.com. The shower look like the maid didn’t bother to clean it. If I could have gotten a refund I would have truly left once I seen the room

Clean and comfortable. Fresh towels and sheets, room was clean and smelled good. They allowed us to check in 20 minutes before 3pm which was also nice. The water pressure on the shower was great. Also great location, around many restaurants and things to do.

The blankets provided on the bed were a thin sheet and another thin blanket.

The area of the hotel is very unpleasant...lots of traffic and just very dirty and unwelcoming. The hotel didn't have a name, so I actually drove past it. I went to the two hotels next to it. I was going to ask for directions when the lady at the hotel directly next door to this one looked at me as I pulled up into the parking spot and she locked the door to the lobby. It was 2:30 pm. That hotel had many people hanging out in the parking lot and was very scary. I decided to leave that one when I noticed Wyndham hotel. Again, there was no name or signs indicating the name of the hotel. But I took a chance. When I drove up to the hotel and got out to go into the lobby to get directions to my hotel, I noticed the name on the mat at the entrance which let me know this was the hotel I had reservations with. This hotel was not as bad as the one next door but it wasn't much better. There were people hanging out in the parking lot talking loud using profanity. I literally was afraid to be here. I stayed because there was no refund and it was just for one night. The hotel room was awful. It wreaked smoke. I had to wash my hair and all my clothes when I returned home because all of my belongings smelled like smoke. The chair at the desk was completely ripped open so that you could pull the cushion out of it. The carpet looked as if it had never been cleaned in over 40 years. The bathroom was awful The toilet ran the entire time. The curtains and bed cover had stains all over them. One of the pillowcases was dirty. I literally laid on towels on top of the sheets to sleep. The room was dingy, dirty, smelly, old, and very unpleasant.

The breakfast is full on point as well as location they have a shuttle to airport and the location is safe this far I been coming

I loved everything about the room.

That they charge you to much and they don’t even have breakfast included. When they have it advertised on the booking website that they have breakfast included but don’t one morning my boyfriend tried to get my baby some cereal and they told him they don’t have breakfast. So, why do they have that advertised on the website?

Room was adequate, quiet, AC worked and clean

No real coffee or creamers. No decent food. The Breakfast was a completely non nuitritious inedible breakfast. Had to leave to Waffle House for breakfast. Nothing else within walking distance. The elevator broke.
