The manger that came on duty that morning of September 3
My bathroom wouldnât flush and the person on duty at the desk said to me what do you want me to do about it. No one is here until 0900 in the morning. I had to use a trash can to flush the stood.

The fragrance walking into the hotel was amazing, the receptionists on all shifts were friendly and informative. The shuttle driver (didnât get his name but heâs a Bostonian) was soooo energetic and welcoming, he actually made my ride much better!

Breakfast was lacking when I arrived 15 minutes away from the 10:00 a.m. quitting time. No plates and the only hot food were 5 pre-cooked hard-as-a-rock waffles in a warming tray. the staff did prepare a few more waffles and a few breakfast sandwiches and supplies a few more paper plates at my request. I imagine that had I been there early there would have been no complaints...but if you say you are serving breakfast until 10:00 a.m. then serve it until then with the same quality as is served early.
