Free airport shuttle, friendly staff, complimentary breakfast and a delicious welcome cookie. We were offered early check-in and late check-out if we needed and luggage hold if our flight was delayed.

Our room was not cleaned properly, toilet had previous guests poop , sink had snot , the white oversized blanket on the bed were stained and soiled, the kitchenette literally had 1 plate to use, the tap had long streaks of cobweb that clearly needed to be wiped down, there was a trashcan right outside the elevator and it stink so badly.

Rooms need updating, seems dirty at first but items are stained from over use. Example glue harden on counter appears like oil stain but clearly won’t wipe off.

I miss the old hotel days when you didn't have to request to have your room cleaned.

The room was very large and spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and roomy.

The hotel was completely understaffed which left the workers totally helpless and very unknowledgeable. Upon arrival, we called repeatedly for the provided shuttle from the airport, and got no answer from the hotel, service line, and no help from h2 1800 line either. We had to get a taxi to the hotel when promised a shuttle. We arrived early around 1pm fully aware that our room might not be ready and that was ok, the front desk clerk was kind and held our luggage for us until our room would be ready, somewhere around 3pm. We ran errands, did shopping, even mani Pedi, return to hotel at 5:30pm, and can you guess? That's right, room still not ready. I contribute to the lack of staffing and the front desk being over utilized. The gentleman clerk even left the front desk and helped bring our bags to our room. Very nice gesture but should not have been forced to happen. I thank him sincerely. Our stay was pleasant and brief and with a little more organization and training for staff, it would have been a good stay.

Service, location, breakfast were amazing!

The carpet floor in the room was dirty as hell. I wore socks and they became dirty. I think that you need to wash and dry it.

The cost, but it was Fort Lauderdale beach, near a cruise port, so the cost makes sense🤷🏻‍♀️

Most of the staff was friendly. There were a couple of staff members with ear buds in that did not speak when spoken to. One gentleman did not speak either time, he seemed inconvenienced
