BUNTING BRIXHAM - Beautiful marine town house with extensive sea views
Bunting Brixham Cottage è un 3 camere da letto casa di città marina convenientemente situato vicino alla riserva naturale di Berry Head e la spiaggia Shoalstone, situato in una tranquilla zona residenziale con facilità di parcheggio a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Con 2 bagni di una sala giochi separati, Wi-Fi e può ospitare fino a 6 persone, è ideale per le vacanze famiglie o coppie.
Durante la stagione estiva di punta il nostro soggiorno minimo è di 7 notti con cambio di sabato. Al di fuori della stagione di punta accettiamo prenotazioni per soggiorni brevi per un minimo di 3 notti. Vi preghiamo di contattarci per un preventivo competitivo per brevi pause.
Piano terra; Grande serra di ingresso impostato come una sala giochi per famiglie, con divano, TV, console per videogiochi e giochi da tavolo. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e armadio a muro, bagno con doccia e wc, lavabo e doccia walk-in.
Primo piano; Soggiorno con salotto e sala da pranzo separata. Tre suite pezzo di cuoio, 36 "TV a schermo piatto con Sky e PS3 console di gioco e giochi, tavolo da pranzo e 6 sedie. Ampia cucina con built-in doppio forno, piano cottura a gas, frigorifero e freezer, lavastoviglie, lavatrice-asciugatrice, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, ferro e asse da stiro.
Secondo piano; Camera matrimoniale con super-letto matrimoniale king size, armadi a muro, TV, due sedie vasca e toletta. Vista panoramica sulla baia. Camera da letto con due letti singoli e armadi a muro e vista sulla città. Bagno con vasca, doccia-over, wc e lavabo.
Al di fuori; Comunale parcheggio fuori strada e giardino con prato verde. Dal salone una porta conduce ad un piccolo balcone integrale con bistrot-set, un luogo ideale per sedersi e godersi la vista sulla baia.

Wonderful holiday
We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation.
A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views.

Lovely stay at Bunting
We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Great property for family stay.
Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Bunting holiday experience
The property was spacious. Clean and the view of the sea was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need for a holiday experience. Bonus that it was only 2 minutes from my sisters house 😍 I definitely would recommend this property to anyone.5 🌟

Très bon séjour
Maison très confortable et bien équipée. On sent la volonté de mettre à disposition des vacanciers ce qu'il faut pour passer de bons moments à l'intérieur. Seul petit reproche, on aurait apprécié un peu plus de vaisselle pour cuisiner (1 seul saladier !).
Très belle vue, environnement calme, tout en étant à 10mn à pied de la piscine d'eau de mer et 15mn du port et du centre. Une bonne surprise : le restaurant de la piscine fait une très bonne cuisine pas très chère : coquilles St Jacques délicieuses, on s'est régalés !

Bunting Brixham
We had a great stay and the property and all fixtures and fittings were of a superior standard. Property was clean and ideal for extended family. No problem with parking on road. Only niggles were lack of a toilet brush in downstairs shower and toilet and the coat hooks needs to be redrilled and plugged. I would happily recommend this property. We were lucky to have lovely weather but there is plenty to do in the area if the weather isn't so good.

Lovely home with beautiful sea views
This house was perfect for our family. Lovely sea views from both double rooms and the living room. Perfect set up for the family with everything there we needed. Just a 15 minute walk to the Harbour (longer back as it was uphill but we really enjoyed it). We loved it so much we definitely recommend and are hoping to go again next year! Thank you for setting it up to make our stay so enjoyable. Such friendly neighbours too!

This property exceeded my families expectations, even the teenagers were impressed. Clean and tidy with bedding and towels and other extras such as coffee and tea. Couldn't fault anything apart from traffic on way home. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. From the moment we walked in through the door the first impression was amazing. Everything was so fresh and clean and the decoration is very tasteful, totally in-keeping with a seaside setting. The views of the sea are fabulous and the whole atmosphere is comforting and relaxing. We would love to return.

Have stayed at Bunting four times now and it never disappoints, it is extremely well equipped and clean also it accepts dogs.
Bunting is convienatly situated for some of Devons best places to visit.
I would recommend Bunting to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.

A home from home
Bunting really is a home from home. A welcoming & very comfortable holiday home, fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing & enjoyable holiday. Beautiful sea views (especially from the top bedroom) & only a short walk down the he hill into brixham which is full of charm. Will definitely be rebooking.
