The property is beautiful! The rooms are clean and high quality luxury linens! The staff is wonderful, exceptional customer service! The restaurant dining is amazing! the food was so good!

The absolute ONLY thing wrong with our stay is the geese! They are beautiful to watch on the pond but they make a horrible mess (goose poop)all over the property! So much so that you have to watch where you walk and you can’t sit on the grass and enjoy the sunset! I would advise that they set up the coyote decoys to keep them off the lawns and walkways!!!

The property is well kept and we enjoyed the quiet and solitude it offered. Our room was clean and designed really well. We particularly loved the private porch looking out over the water and vineyards.

I did notice a couple dirty smudges on the bed frame, but that’s my only complaint.

One of our rooms was missing towels, but that was quickly resolved and by no means deal breaker.

We loved the property. It was very quiet, very well laid out and had a great time.

We specifically chose our room/hotel for some of the amenities including the bathroom. I really like to spend time in a bathtub and we found out on the first night that the drain didn't work correctly. We brought it up and the hotel staff moved us to a nicer room for the second night. I turns out, that drain in the tub didn't hold water either and we were VERY disappointed. There are a few things that we expected to work well in a $400/room night.

late arrival, hotel staff didn't seem to know much about the area, hotel amenities, and basic stuff.

The staff here are all wonderful. Everyone is very nice. Being able to look out to the water from the bed in the bungalow was the perfect relaxing weekend in Walla Walla wine country. The kitchen is also very accommodating to dietary restrictions which as vegans is always a relief. Go for a walk at sunset/ you will not be disappointed. We will definitely return. Maybe even to get married! We liked it that much.

the restaurant was close no chef or cook inside the maintenance guy cook our meals…. he try but he burned our breakfast so it was not good experience at all.

The complimentary breakfast was like none I have ever had. AMAZING FOOD!!! Our room was exquisite! There was no detail left out.

There was a server in the restaurant that was dressed in sweatpants and a sweatshirt. She also had her kids come in with her and they were laying their heads on the counter. This is an extremely high end resort and restaurant. She just did not fit the part.

I was looking forward to the meat and eggs for breakfast on the weekend but that didn't happen. The location was nice. So quiet and peaceful!

More variety for breakfast. Other than that there wasn't anything wrong or bad about the place.

Dinner was so disappointing. If you’re going to charge Manhattan prices the food needs to be stellar. Unfortunately it was below average I understand the pandemic has left businesses without staff but at this price point it’s unacceptable. Breakfast was completely self serve - only a chef to be found for service A costly disappointment.

no record of our booking when we arrived. Staff were very gracious and honored our proof of reservation, however it required us to stay in another room and to move rooms during our stay.

1 girl at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She has been with you since the opening. She was happy to be there and it showed The other staff were part time students or something who didn’t know much, didn’t care. Furniture in rooms didn’t go together.
