Excellent location. Helpful staff, clean room, great AC, good hot water in shower. Tv with Netflix and other channels. Good linen and towels. Elevator and new look! Close to river walk, restaurants, coffee shops. Markets nearby.
No swimming pool! Guess you can’t have it all!

Very helpful staff. Staff helped me to organize logistics to cross the border to Cambodia,which went very smooth. Hotel is perfect for one night; clean, comfortable rooms and in a good location in town.

Excellent accueil. Gentillesse du personnel, serviable et efficace. Grande chambre, lumineuse, confortable. Propreté impeccable. Proche du marché. Propose un transfert pour le Cambodge et peut aussi faire le change de devises.
Il y a peu de prises électriques (seulement 2). Une bouilloire et 2 tasses seraient bien.

Simple, unpretentious, clean. Painless check in, strong AC, clean, right next to the ferry. For the price it's perfect. The WiFi is good and there was enough water provided (4x500ml)
Bed is not very comfortable, no food available.

The property suited us well for a one-night stay. Well located near the river and food outlets. The hotel itself is quite basic, but perfectly adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the obvious language barrier.
The bathroom was below average and the wifi frustratingly poor.

It is not included in the hotel however they provide Motorcykel rental but the vehicles are not well maintaned and sluggish.

Good location, room was clean. the staff were really helpful, helping to book our bus and provide other information. They lost a couple
of items in our laundry that we were upset to have lost- having only noticed once we left the city later that day, we contacted them to ask if there was any chance they could post to our next hotel in HCMC- the items beat us there, so very happy with the way they handled that.
Really good sea food restaurant just round the corner to the right!

Laundry was priced by eye, not weight.

Good services, receptionist named Như is very friendly and thoughtful. I will come back once visiting Ha Tien again.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff are very friendly. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. We walked to many things, ferry station were also close by. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Ha Tien
