Le décor est vraiment fabuleux, on dirait une carte postale. La chambre en rez De Piscine avec accès direct depuis ma chambre à une piscine lagon , nuit et jour à toute heures, c’est de la folie

Le ménage n’est pas très soigné, il ne passe pas l’aspirateur. Il donne juste un coup de balai et il reste toujours de la saleté par terre car quand on marche pieds nu, ça colle sous les pieds. .

La piscine, les jardins superbes, le petit déjeuner très varier. Le grand balcon dans la chambre avec vue sur la piscine. Le spa. La navette pour se rendre à Patong.

La lenteur du personnel pour le check in. Chambre récupérée à 15h30 au lieu des 15h00 prévue. Literie bof bof. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais vieillottes. La plage n'est pas top trop de rochers et difficile de se baigner à cause des marées.

Tout était parfait! La chambre en front de mer, la piscine, les jardins, le petit déjeuner, les cocktails en happy hour, le restaurant. C’était vraiment incroyable!

C’est assez onéreux pour la Thaïlande

הרבה יתושים חייבים לעשות משהו בנידון קצת לשפר את החדרים מסעדות מעולות אבל הייתי משדרג את ארוחת הבוקר או לפחות את צורת ההגשה

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - es hat an nichts gefehlt - klasse! Mehrere Eier-Varianten, sehr viel Auswahl an frischem Obst, für jeden Ernährungs-Stil gab es Angebote. Espresso, Cappuccino - name it, we‘ve got it. Der Pool war recht schön gestaltet , eine Seite recht ruhig und die andere Seite sehr schön zum relaxten Schwimmen mit Poolbar-Zugang. Sehr schöne Gärten, das Spa kann man bestens empfehlen! Die Massagen und Treatments muss man sich einfach gönnen! Den Fitness-Raum haben wir nur für ein kurzes Tischtennis Spiel genutzt, obwohl wir eigentlich etwas mehr Sport treiben wollten und unsere Laufklamotten dabei hatten. Aber das lag an uns - wir lagen lieber an Strand oder Pool (ganz faul waren wir aber nicht, denn wir hatten 4 Ausser-Haus-Aktivitäten). Gut und komfortabel ist der kostenlose Shuttle Service nach Patong. Den nach Kamala haben wir nicht genutzt. Da unsere Abflugzeit spät abends war und wir aber schon 13:00 das Zimmer räumen mussten, konnten wir ein Dusch-Zimmer buchen und somit noch den Nachmittag am Pool verbringen. Angenehmer Service. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels.

Unser Zimmer war in den Wolken und zu Fuss nur nach unten machbar. Nach oben mussten wir mit der Seilbahn fahren, was für ein paar Tage ok ist. Leider wurde uns gesagt, dass es keine anderen freien Zimmer im Garten oder mit Pool- Zugang gäbe (selbst nicht bei Zahlung eines Aufpreises) wegen der Hauptsaison. Man konnte uns leider nur entgegenkommen mit einem Zimmer eine Hang-Etage weiter unten, immerhin. Man sollte beachten, dass es Ebbe und Flut gibt und daher nicht immer die Möglichkeit bestand, im Meer zu baden. Vorher den Tiden-Kalender für diese Bucht ansehen!

Das gesamte Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und höflich. Sehr tolle weitläufige Anlage, ruhige entspannte Lage. Selbst die Veränderung von Flut und Ebbe hat nicht gestört, bei Ebbe gab es ja auch die traumhafte Poolanlage.

Es war etwas abgeschieden, man konnte leider zu Fuß kein Restaurant erreichen.

החדרים מיושנים יש מה לשפר בניקיון, מי שקיבל חדר על ההר זה מבאס צריך כל פעם לעלות עם רכבל לחדר, מבחינת מיקום צריך מונית לכל יציאה

The beach is not a beach. Very rocky, no one swims in the water. The staff is ok, but definitely not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. The hotel facilities and the room in general are not the cleanest. There was noisy renovation ongoing close to the reception. The pool tiles are going away which can be quite dangerous with kids. The breakfast was ok, nothing incredible. Quite busy as well. To summarize, we were disappointed, not a good value for money.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Staff at Crocodile bar helpful and friendly - especially Jan. A good effort was put into the New Year's Eve gala party by the staff

Easy access to Patong and Kamala whilst being nice and quiet away from town, the pool was lovely and breakfast extensive. The grounds and gardens are beautiful.

The plumbing could use some attention, if you know what I mean! Throughout the night our toilet would gurgle away it was very funny. It is a shame you can’t swim at the beach but we know this when booking.

Breakfast fresh and delicious.. clean buffet conditions. The Thai staff were lovely.. great service without being subservient.. professional and nothing was too much trouble.. Meet the team at the activities hut.. great guys, led by Singh, even the trainee Mehti is a legend, and the F &B team are very cool, I loved to meet them, Peachi, Paula, Pony, Jan, Kate.. great fun. Then lie back and relax with the legendary masseusse in the Chaan Spa.. Naam and Namthan... will make you feel very spoilt.

Mozzie screens in the beach front units were not mozzie proof.. perhaps flexible mesh could be tacked up instead of framed screens that did not fit... my husband was eaten to bits in the bathroom..

Sehr schöne grüne Anlage, direkt am Strand.

Der Strand vom Hotel hat Ebbe und Flut, was für das Baden nicht immer optimal ist, aber es lohnt sich, weil das Hotel, das Personal und die Poolanlange einfach sehr schön sind.

The location and the setting were great, but the staff were exceptional.

The beach wasn't a swimming beach but we were aware of that before we arrived.

Beautiful hotel, amazing pool, star of the hotel is the zoo! Great breakfast and private beach. Staff were amazing especially Vicky! She was a superstar!

You need to catch a can to go anywhere

Good food, good drinks, very hospitable and reservation team especially Manager Attaporn went above and beyond to get 3 rooms for my family and I, last minute together. Loved the animal feeding for kids!

All was well. Could have more food options. Could have a dedicated kids pool with some slides (its under construction I believe at the moment so this should be available later this year I guess)

Horrible customer service. Outdated hotel. Lizards in the room. Dirty room. Very old rooms. No activities for kids. No kids club. Very bad value for the money. Never again will we ever go there

A bit far off from other attractions. Breakfast no catering for lactose free or gluten free. My husband has a knee problem and we were on the 4 floor up the hill. No good for him

The mosquitos were always in our room because room service cleaned with the doors open. I understand the policy on why they need to, but it still was a little bother some.
