Torn and burnt head rest. Seepage on the walls. Commode flush not working. Filthy bedsheets.

It was clean and good. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good in such a cheap price.

Staff was very helpful. Room was comfortable and big with AC. Room was also clean.
Bathroom was stinking and room smelled of Nicotine (initially).
Bed tea was available after 8:30 which is way too late by any standards. Ideally it should be possible to order bed tea from 6 am.

Location is in the market area. Its always noise. Being a market area dust is also there. Food was good.
Room amenities, didn't work. Refrigerator in the room didn't not work. Kettle also didn't work. Room service just fair, not good. Linen weren't really clean.

Overall very bad stay. I have to wait for over 45 minutes to checkin inspite of confirmed booking since 27th February I was kept showing them. My medical conditions were very bad, aged 70 years, but staff at counter have no concern for that.

The hotel location is very good. There are many stores, eateries nearby. The room was neat and clean. Stayed there for 5 nights and booked a suite room. Staffs were available to help.
The suite room was bigger in size, but while booking it mentioned city view which was not there. Less no of lights in the room, one window was there which was facing another building. In short, room will be dim even in day time. Breakfast options were less.

The stay is totally worth the money.It was extremely spacious and clean. The staff at the property were very kind. The room decor and bathroom is quite a beautiful. Anytime i am back in Delhi i will prefer to stay at this property.
