Lovely surroundings
Comfortable room and the bed was so lovely to sleep in

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. I had a good night's sleep. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious in the host's kitchen.
Ending up at the wrong house which according to the owner of that property (High Willows) happens quite a lot! The names of the properties are listed at the first turn off but not clear which is Orchard Paddocks (as there is no sign at their turn off onto their driveway) and not easy to see which property is High Willows by the location of their sign. I did inform the hosts.
The room I stayed in (at the front of the property) the paintwork in places was very tired especially around the window frames. Could do with a freshen up. The outside of the property could do with a freshen up too (again the paintwork around the windows is/has peeled off) to give better kerb appeal and first impression.
This property is rated as Exceptional which I wouldn't agree with (given other properties I have stayed in via Booking.com which are exceptional). I would rate it as Good.

The owner , Sara, is very kind!
serves traditional english breakfast .

the location is a little bit far from the city.
Internet is very weak outside the house.

lovely view from room, quiet, safe for pet from roads/traffic. Host Sarah very accommodating and nice. Rooms comfy, nice & quirky decor, free parking.

Amazing breakfast in the morning sun, with a lovely view, coffee exceptional - we were very happy with our room and facilities and in particular felt very welcomed by the hosts

The location was wonderfully Rurel with owls and the foxes heard during the evening. The owners were very polite and made my stay a very pleasant experience, I would have liked a vegetarian sausage with my breakfast, but I have no complaints, the whole experience was wonderful I would definitely recommend it.

The hosts were beyond amazing and hospitable! They contacted us prior to our arrival to ask about all our needs (including what we would like for breakfast) and to make sure we would arrive there safely. They were ten times nicer in person than they already sounded via text.
Their home has been beautifully annexed for guests, and there are no words to describe how lovely our room was - very cosy, spacious and comfortable after a long drive in.

Extremely welcoming and friendly, made me feel right at home. Breakfast was lovely too! Would definitely stay again if I returned to the area.
Absolutely no phone signal on O2, but that’s hardly the fault of the property! WiFi provided was very helpful.
