We had a great stay at this property Perfect size for a family of 4 Kitchen well equipped Lovely big clean bedrooms and comfy beds There is a Morrisons 5 minute drive away Fistral Beach within walking distance Lakeside cafe great for morning coffees Lots to do on your doorstep without the need to drive Would defo stay again **We would recommend recycling system being set up at the property for rubbish as at present there is none Many Thanks

Very clean and comfortable making this apartment an ideal base to explore Cornwall. 15 minute walk onto the seafront at Newquay ( partly up a steep hill). Cream tea at the Lakeside cafe was delicious!

Ideal location, spacious balcony with nice views over the lake, walking distance of all the bars and restaurants yet far away enough to enjoy real peace at nights. Great week, would definitely stay again!

Excellent property in great location and spotless so good I going to book for next year

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this beautiful apartment and it certainly won’t be the last! We travelled from Manchester to Newquay with our 2.5 year old daughter. The location for starters is fantastic, a short walk to so many different places and only 10/15 minutes into town. The boating lake directly in front is just beautiful and the cafe/restaurant infront is also lovely. The apartment is lovely and clean, and has absolutely everything you need to keep you going. It’s more than adequately sized for our family, we even had 3 family members pop by for a drink and we were all comfortably sat for a good while. The views are just beautiful, we could spend hours just looking out of the windows, the sun rise and sun set are particularly beautiful to watch from the balcony. The beds are very comfortable and the decor in the apartment is just lovely. The (very) hot shower/bath is more than powerful enough and all of the appliances you could ever need are available. The parking space is also a huge bonus! Overall we don’t have a bad word to say about this apartment, the steps up there with all the luggage, being pregnant and having a two year old with lots of toys can be challenging but we really wouldn’t complain about that as it’s a tiny price to pay for such a wonderful place to stay! We can’t wait to return next year as a family of 4 as our little girl has already decided where her baby sibling will sleep, she is very excited to return to her ‘partment’ as she calls it, as she’s missing it already! Would 100% recommend.

Stayed in this beautiful , Clean , Perfectly Located Apartment for our holiday .The apartment was immaculately clean , the beds were a dream ( I suffer with bad back the beds were perfect ) The owners were nothing but helpful couldn't find anything negative to say about anything , will definitely be back again in the future ( got to go on a pedlow on boating lake again ) 😄👍

We stayed for 3 weeks and everything was up to our expectations. Clean property, with all the amenities we needed. The owners were very helpful, prior, during and after our stay. We had our newborn baby with us, and although it sounds challenging, we settled down as we were at home.Thanks!Danny and Charles.

We had a good holiday here. Apartment was very comfortable and well supplied with utensils. Contact with Evelyn and Peter was easy and pleasant. Lovely view over the lake and very convenient for the Lakeside restaurant which was excellent. Our only criticism is that there should be a caution recommending taking care to wear non-slip footwear. The floors look good but are very slippy.

We stayed here for a week mid-September & loved every moment. The location is perfect (be aware though there are lots of steps up to the apartment so with a small child it was hard work but worth it!) looking out over the boating lake is just perfect. Directly opposite a little cafe & only a 10/15 min walk into town (go past the zoo & up Edgecumbe so you don’t have to walk the HUGE hill!). The apartment is lovely and bright, really comfy couches to lounge on & lots of handy items there (I.e high chair all kitchen utensils) tv is great, WiFi works really well. Beds are really comfy although we only used the double as our little girl is in a travel cot. Water is always hot (be careful it’s VERY hot) and shower was fab really powerful. All in all a fantastic stay, wish we were staying longer! Loved every moment. My only tiny suggestion would be to provide a tea-towel as we stuggled when we cooked without one, besides that an overall brilliant stay would 100% return.

Booking, payment and communication with owners was smooth and clear. Apartment was clean, spacious and neatly presented. The kitchen especially was well equipped and all the beds were comfy with none of our party incurring any sleeping issues. The property is situated on quite a narrow lane, so having a designated parking space on site proved invaluable. The balcony provides a relaxing area with views over the boating lake and being on the second floor we experienced very little noise disturbance. The apartment provides a great base for visiting the Newquay beaches and for exploring further afield. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Evelyn and Peter's property.

What a pleasant experience for us all. The apartment was spacious and bright with everything that we needed to make our holiday great. We all loved spending time on the balcony chilling and the beds were super comfy. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely holiday apartment.

Great apartment had everything that we needed, nice views over the lake. A very easy 15 min walk to town center.

Apartment was great everything you needed other than towels which was my fault for not reading it all but for people coming from overseas for a holiday and staying in England for a while in different places as my brother and wife was bringing towels is not possible.Also i do think the steps where there is just one step on going down should be highlighted as the deck boards go the same way and you don’t realise it’s a step till you fall down it which happened to my brothers wife and also my sons wife,but other than that we all enjoyed our stay Thankyou.

Booking was easy, communication with Peter was excellent from start to finish. The apartment is well located with it's own parking space which is ideal. Well presented throughout, modern and very comfortable. Highly recommended for a stay and we hope to return very soon!

All I can say is I wished I had booked for 2 weeks. So relaxing and also so much that we could have done and seen. This was a great base. After a busy day out enjoying Cornwall, it was lovely to come back to this apartment and relax on the balcony. Attention to detail was great.

So pleased with this property. Light bright clean and fresh. It was a pleasure to stay with all our needs catered for. Fabulous location and parking. Peter and Evelyn have a cracking little place here. Our favourite beach was Perranporth just 10 mins drive and Newquay town centre a 10 min walk (although the hill was a killer) overall great experience xx

Lovely property and location. ~Experienced lack of hot water towards middle of week but this was only a slight problem. 0therwise perfect.
