Не накормили завтраком, матрас на кровати требуется заменить

Удобное расположение, отличные завтраки, пошли навстречу и покормили позже 1 января

Надо бы убрать под кроватями. Хотя бы пылесосить иногда. Залезли так как искали детальку от игрушки а там новый мир)

Sehr gute Lage. Das Personal sprach sogar deutsch. Es gab ein Lunchpaket für die Reise, da wir schon zeitig abgereist sind. Das Zimmer war sauber und warm. Es ist wunderbar, dass man sich jederzeit Kaffee oder Tee im Frühstücksbereich holen kann.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Es gibt keinen Schrank und kaum Abstellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck. Leider auch keinen Kühlschrank. Es ist leider kein Aufzug vorhanden.

its clean, location is great as well. it is actually near universities and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

internet connection is weak inside the room. however if you will stay in the kitchen or corridor you can have strong wifi connection.

Its Located in a place where you have a long walking street, accessible to all major sport and i was fortunate to see snow Its clean, cheap and good.

An escalator is require to carry the bags . Breakfast can improve, you may add some more items and keeping a couple of drinking water in the room would be advisable

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was always clean, the breakfast was yummy and fresh. The location of the hotel is perfect, I could reach every location easily. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was served between 0800 and 1000. Nice variety. Although the staff spoke limited English, they tried to help us out as much as possible. Aliyah at the front desk was extremely helpful in giving advice and organising taxis.

Not much that I can think of. Stay was as I had hoped.

Everything, the place, the room, the cleanliness, the food, the proximity to the city and especially the staff. Janah (the dayshift reception staff) and the other ladies in the reception were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Also the ladies in the kitchen, breakfast was 10/10! They even gave us snacks, fruits and drinks as parcel since we are missing breakfast today morning because of early morning check out.

The staff behaviour and attitude was very impressive . The rooms were worth the money and a great breakfast to start the day. . The Hotel is in a prime location near most of the tourist attractions.

Локация не просто отличная, а стратегическая прямо: рядом в 5 мин ходьбы Площадь Ала-Туу, Исторический музей, Театр оперы и балета, сквер Панфилова, до рынка Ош 15 мин пешком. Новенький отель или очень ухоженный, все есть и все работает, wi-fi летает. Очень бросается в глаза, что все красиво, элегантно и чисто (видела как моют все щетками), вплоть до такой мелочи как посуда. В нашем номере две кровати не одинарные, а полуторные, шкаф, столик и пуфик, телевизор, даже подставка для одежды; белье свеженькое, прямо хрустящее, шторы блэкаут; есть полотенца большое, среднее и маленькое, даже банные халаты; есть одноразовые (не общая, откуда выдавливают) шампунь, гель, мыло , даже зубная щетка и зубная паста; фен; удивило, что в душе есть тропический душ помимо мобильного. Завтраки - отдельная тема, порционные, обильные и разнообразные: каша идеальна любая и всегда (я присоединилась и была один день, мои четыре подруги в рамках одного трипа возвращались сюда снова и снова три раза), яичница, бутерброды с колбасой и сыром, лаваш с сосиской и овощами, йогурт, масло, варенье, фрукты и сухофрукты, разное печенье, кофе и чай (черный и зеленый) в доступе круглые сутки в неограниченном количестве. Держитесь за своего повара, он - профи. Отдельная тема персонал: девочки очень симпатичные, доброжелательные и ненавязчивые, такой тонкий баланс интеллигентности и открытости по-восточному, говорят на английском и русском свободно. Просторный холл на этаже, в углублении столики, где можно пить чай в любое время, там же подают завтраки, много воздуха и пространства, удобные диван и банкетка в ожидании заселения. Ну вы поняли, что можно сказать только «огромное спасибо», идеальный сервис может быть только таким

The wifi was not working.

The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, there were coffee, tea, water etc. in the hall. Staff was very nice and preprared a breakfast for us to take away.

You will be surprised by the noise levels

Breakfast was sufficient and satisfactory. There was not much variety but good overall. The location was ok. There was not too noise and the area looked safe and a walking distance to necessities

There was less comfort on the bed as I can feel the springs from the bed digging into my sides as I slept

lovely hotel, very clean and centrally located? Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant with always a good smile or word, which is a rarity in Central Asia... Also they spoke good English. there always was coffee or tea or water in the dining room on a help yourself basis... Breakfast was huge, varied and excellent.
