location was excellent right beside beach and strip
was quiet and clean
property was basic , pool was small only 2 umbrellas few chairs ,

Bathroom a little shabby, shower very difficult to regulate and water leaked out onto to the floor which was dangerous as you had to kinda leap over the puddle of water to avoid stepping into it!

The location was brilliant. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view from the room was just beautiful 😍 and the cleaning service was very good.
The only thing I'd ask for going back again would be extra pillows and a double bed. Instead of 2 single beds

Decent location but this place is an absolute dump.
We stayed just 3 nights, but had TEN huge cockroaches in our room in that time, including one running around the kitchen counters and sink. My sixth time in Lanzarote but first time I’ve experienced this!
We informed a member of staff who basically shrugged her shoulders and suggested buying a LEMON to keep them out - useless tip when the room is already infested.
We bought insecticide and managed to kill them, however I requested with a second member of staff that someone collect the decaying carcasses. As it was a Sunday, she told me they would lie there for 2 days. Her suggestion was for me to pick them up myself. How can I do this without a brush or vacuum? She then laughed at me! The service was nearly as disgusting as the room. This place was hell on earth.
We also booked a room with a bath which was not given to us.
Bed very uncomfortable and no electrical socks in the bedroom.
AVOID THIS PLACE.

Nothing to dislike all good we would go again , bus stop not to far away beach over the narrow one way road , plenty of beds on the beach , lots of places to eat just outside breakfast starting at 2 euro 50 cents ,

The view was amazing from the 3rd floor. The location was really nice in the middle of the buzz with loads of shops and restaurants the room was just cross the road from the beach. The balcony was the best a wonderful suntrap.
The building was a bit dated. I had a plastic cover for the matress under the sheet that I had to remove it because it was noisy and uncomfortable. There was only one socket in the bedroom so we had to go buy a triple to charge our phones. There wasn't a bedside table lamp and the ceiling light was too bright.

Love the way the apartments have been up dated. The sea view is breath taking.
On arrival we was moved to another hotel for 6 nights then back to Los cocoteros for our last 4 nights of our 10 nights stay, was very upset about this, as we was not told until we arrived and was not given any reason why this happened. This was our forth time to Los cocoteros and has never happened before.

It was close to the centre
We were moved for 5 nights and no explanation as to why we were moved back to them for 2 nights I had 3 apartments booked as we had a family wedding it was annoying been moved from 1 apartment complex to another during our stay

It was a great location close to all amenities staff were very friendly appartment cleaned every day
Nothing really a smell was in appartment when we would come back in the evening but as soon air conditioning it was gone within 10 mins

The top floor apartment was excellent.

Floor 2 to 4 and was not repaired during our stay
Of 2 weeks which would have been very helpful to my wife and myself.

Refurb works in progress. wi fi was pretty useless, and the lift was out of order for two thirds of our stay.
