The Breakfast and the location are good!

The pillows are not good and the carpet had a spot.

Location was great, right next to the tram station. You could unlock your rooms with your phone. Self check in available. Complementary water on the first day we arrived.

Very noisy during the night with the trams passing by. The rooms are slightly small but adequate. Lift was small too, it couldn't fit four of us with our luggage. No water refilled the day after we stayed.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man erreicht es vom Hbf. in ca.15 Min. fußläufig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. Alles was das Herz begehrt, ist wählbar- von süß bis herzhaft und auch an Getränken ist große Auswahl. Wir hatten ein recht kleines Zimmer, aber da wir es nur zum Schlafen nutzten, war es völlig in Ordnung für uns. Was ich gut finde: Man kann sich sogar einen Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer bestellen, so man ihn nutzen möchte.

The hotel is close to all historical places , Museums ,the Residence, bus station,and train station,the perfect location to stay. Rooms are comfortable and very clean.Breakfast is satisfactory..

Pillows are very soft ,we needed one more pillow.

I recently had the displeasure of (not) staying at the hotel , and I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with the hotel receptionist. Their rude behavior left a lasting negative impression. During my recent visit to the hotel, I encountered a frustrating situation that left me disappointed with their reservation system. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was told by the hotel staff that they had no record of my booking, leading to unnecessary stress and inconvenience. As a calm person, I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is the hotel's responsibility to rectify such errors promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel failed to handle this situation with the professionalism and care that one would expect from a reputable establishment. From the moment I approached the reception desk, I was greeted with a dismissive attitude and a lack of basic courtesy. It seemed as though the receptionist had no interest in providing quality customer service or making me feel welcome. Any inquiries I had were met with impatience and a condescending tone, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest. As someone who values professionalism and hospitality, I found this encounter to be disheartening. The receptionist's behavior reflected poorly on the hotel as a whole, and it left me questioning the level of service and care. While I understand that everyone can have off-days, it is essential for hotel staff, especially those in customer-facing roles, to maintain a level of respect and professionalism. The receptionist's lack of these qualities detracted significantly from my overall experience and left me with a negative impression of the hotel. I hope that the management of the hotel takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to address the shortcomings in their customer service and also I hope they will look after their booking system so others won’t have to face these problems.

The location, the staff were friendly. Especially Vesna, she was very helpful. I was attending a concert at the Olympic park and helped me to navigate the Munich U Bahn system. she couldn’t have been nicer.

The shower door was too small. Other than that everything was fine.

The parking lot is near the hotel which was good. The problem was getting the key for it because there was no parking space in front of the hotel that day.

Room looked worse than on photos, it would have needed new painting. Neighborhood not very nice.

The working personnel is extremely careful, polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean and comfortable- Breakfast is rich of choices - There is a bar and a restaurant right at the lobby that are very handy in case of need- The covered Parking possibility in front of the hotel organized for a very cheap price for the hotel guests was I think one of the highlight for us! Parking in Munich is extremely difficult and being able to leave the car in front of the accommodation when traveling is really a lux! We saw also that there were possibility to buy water in the night throughout a vending machine and possibility to charge your phone with a special charging station in case you had to check out earlier than your train/flight time- I've noticed many details that show a lot of attention for guests needs- Compliment! We had everything we needed for a very cosy stay!
