The staff were friendly and helpful and we were offered an early check in for a added fee. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great, the view from our room was amazing. The kids enjoyed a swim in the pool after a big day out. The room is fully self contained if required too. The apartment comfortably fit a family of 7 people. The main beds were very comfortable.

Only down side was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and the bedding wasn't as fresh as it could have been.

Property was clean, comfortable and adequately spacious.

Hall seemed a little run down but once inside room everything was fresh and well maintained.

The pictures of the room were very different from the actual size & quality.

Location was great. Very close to tram stop but when we wanted to walk it wasn’t far too walk.

The place was very functional, it had everything we needed and it looks exactly as in the pictures. Members of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

it’s great location, good price. was clean and new. just some details were not spot on, toilet door doesn’t close properly, washing machine leaked water, stove needed better clean. everything else made up for it

Location was great 20min walk for every place we wanted to visit but easy access to trams The view was amazing too, lovely to wake up to each morning Great storage and super cosy comfy furniture and beds

The furniture was slightly oversized for the rooms and perhaps things like side tables and coffee table were unnecessary for us as a family of 5 with a portacot playpen and pusher it was a little annoying but it would of been fine if we didn't have all the extra items. The doors to all cupboards were oversized and you had to shut one before you could open another it was frustrating Same thing I think this was only an issue due to our additional baby items and large triple pusher we had in the room.

Improve the cleanliness of the bathroom and bedroom by removing mold and cleaning the corners.

Apartment was as advertised with all amenities in working condition, and everything we needed for 10-day stay. Service from lobby staff was excellent in all ways. Good location. WiFi was reliable and fast. Living room smart-tv was a very slow/cheap model but did the trick for basic Netflix etc. Dishwasher and laundry machine with detergents was available - excellent. Aircon worked as expected too. Parking available in own dedicated spot in the next-door building with reasonable $25/day. In general, everything in order. Did not exceed my expectations, but had no real problems either, hence rating 4/5. Would stay here again.

The places were a bit worn from places, such as the flooring and parts of the walls (with the need to repaint them soon), and also the shower cubicle's details showed the need for some minor refurbishment. But nothing I would not see in big-brand hotels either. The street below was moderately noisy along the night. Even a high-floor apartment did not help for this since the road noise echoes quite much. Tenants in neighbouring aparment did not understand the concept of taking out trash to the trash chute a few steps away, and they threw their thrash bags to the hallway.. (Chinese people should clearly need to be shown step-by-step what to do.) After looking at this for a few days and telling the guys at the reception of this, problem was quickly solved.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartments is convenient, close to CBD, Docklands and Southern Cross Station. Our apartment was quite new. The kitchen and laundry were fully equipped, including washing liquid and capsules, and this was very handy.

The size of our 1br apartment was actually much smaller than 59sqm, as mentioned on the hotel website.
