Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

No extra blankets. I was so cold in the main room as heaters only did lounge room.

Parking situation wasn’t great and quite expensive. Accommodation itself was not very clean, bathrooms had mold and hair, carpet was dirty and curtains were ripped and stained, lots of damage and dirt on walls. It looked like it had very quickly been wiped clean not actually cleaned.

Breakfast - expensive ($30 per person) but good selection of cereals, toast, banana bread, croissants, pastries, fruit juice, hot foods. Unfortunately not available on Mondays or Tuesdays, though.

1. Reception is on the 1st floor. Bit annoying. 2. No restaurant for anything but brekky (and that only 5 days a week). 3. No nearby shops/food to remedy the no-restaurant issue. 4. Shower-in-bathtub, sized for midgets. 5. Rooms not serviced / rubbish emptied daily.

Location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful.

Shower was very difficult to regulate. It was very hot or very cold.
